Property Ratings at The Parc at Briargate
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible communication. We didn't have a maintenance team for like a month and they didn't tell anyone until after they got a new one. Don't know how to check their documents either. They literally horribly "fixed" one of our towel racks and wound up charging us for it at move out. As well as charged us for a hole that was in a bedroom wall that was there before we moved in. They also had a habit of not being in the office when they were supposed to be. Don't live here, they just want to screw you over. Ever since we moved out, I've been trying to contact them about the things I mentioned before and how we should be getting more of our deposit back and they have ignored every phone call and every email. Thanks for being awful!
My wife and I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and nothing short of perfect. The staff is outstanding and super helpful. Communication is not an issue and any problems that arise are solved ASAP. Really nice area in Springs, new parking lot is nice, and the dog park is awesome. I’d highly recommend this complex to anyone!
I love living at The Parc because my commute to work is crazy short and easy, even with traffic. Lots of shopping and restaurants right down the road. Maintenance and office staff have always been great when I’ve needed them. Def recommend.

If I could give a lower rating I would! This is the worst place you can live. Not only is it over priced but everything on this page is a lie!!!! The reviews below are false, the new management must've wrote the reviews themselves! Noise: their maintenance guys start at 8 am blasting their music and speaking very loudly. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the neighbors TVs to the kids running around outside. There's trash everywhere!!!! Break ins have occurred and random homeless people walking around all the time. You get charged for pest control and there are bugs and spiders everywhere. They charge you for internet that all the tenants use and is always down or super slow and loading. They have a gym that's only available during business hours and closed after 6 pm and on sundays when the office is closed. They advertise a hot tub that has not been working for over a year, the pool was open during the summer but full of bugs and leaves. If you have maintenance emergency it takes weeks to get someone to take a look at it. The worst part is one day I was sitting on my balcony and I'm on the second floor so they couldn't see me I overheard the new office manager going off and talking down on the maintenance man without any kind of compassion. This place is Terrible!!!! I can't wait to move out!!

Should you have noise issues with a neighbor, we do encourage utilizing the courtesy patrol to help address any after hours situations. As stated above, if you would like to reach out to us directly we can address said situation with your neighbors. Our fitness center is open 24 hours a day. You can access it two different ways: through the office during business hours or through the pool gate (at any time) utilizing your amenity key. Update: 10/01... new maintenance management Mr. B OR Brydon is wonderful. He will do everything he can to make it right and go beyond and above. Really quick with services. Polite and extremely fast. Fix my issue as he have said. Thank you Mr. B glad you're here. I just moved in since the end of May and was on a tight schedule when I freshly moved into the state. Jen helped me find the right apartment and all the documents needed promptly. She always went beyond and above when i needed anything. She always careful and explain everything in details on the bill, no worries about that. Maintenance is always friendly and quick. I only needed to fix a few minor when I first move in but that happen with all apartments, gotta be understandable. Apartment is clean and no bugs ???? is always a plus. Honestly, i was worried with all the bad reviews at first, but I know I always gotta use my common sense and meet in person and judge by my own. I toured about 5 apartments complexes in the springs before I made my decisions. I am glad I found Jen and the apartment. The apartment is great for the price and very convenient to all the stores, school, and highway. Gotta be understandable because staff are trying very hard to keep the complex clean and enjoyable and as for tenants we gotta do our part too. There were potholes when I moved in, but they patched it, showed that they cared. Also, the apartment is sound proof pretty good so you cant hear the neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and you barely see them. This is a real review not pay or fake and dont mind about the negative reviews here. You wont be disappointed here 100%. They have a promotion going on right now for 42in roku TV or xbox when you move in so slways a plus. Goodluck and pick the Parc!!
Just don’t do it. My entire review is too long to post here, but I have posted other places because they should be held accountable for supplying such poor service.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. We are surprised to hear of your dissatisfaction since this is the first we are hearing of it. After reading all of the concerns, we may have a few things we can improve on but some of them are quite exaggerated. The Parc was built in the mid-1980's. Even so, we strive to keep up the grounds and apartments to make it enjoyable for the residents. There were asphalt repairs done in the last few months as well. The Parc does offer an upgraded appliance package if your home does not already have one, but at a rate of $60. In the future, I would suggest submitting maintenance requests when you have an issue in your apartment. Otherwise, the property management team doesn't know there are issues in your apartment. My neighbors upstairs sound like they are going to fall through the ceiling. It's not insulated at ALL. There are a lot of young, disrespectful, self-centered people living here. This is the worst living experience I've had and management does NOTHING. They literally told me there was nothing they can do even though the neighbor is violating several terms of the lease, and I felt like I was being told not to talk about it again. Not even kidding. Don't put yourself through this.

Wow ! I’m a current resident. Went to the meet & greet held because we have some new office staff due to new owners. Office staff were working hard to get the hang of a new place, seemed nice. However, the new head maintenance guy, Mark, was a JERK, extremely rude, confrontational and adversarial. Don’t have much hope for any issues being professionally addressed by this offensive, disrespectful oaf. When I asked some questions and expressed some concerns about the construction, he suggested I move to a nursing home or retirement facility. REALLY ? Well, a first impression was made, but it definitely was not positive ! ( For those of you wondering - I am 52, but not ready for a nursing home for many years yet hopefully) I will probably take his advice and be looking to move when my lease is up and would not recommend this place.
