Property Ratings at The Parc At Cherry Creek
I’ve been living here for a little more than 2 years now and have had nothing short of a great experience. The complex is safe, interior of the units are clean and updated. Service requests are completed within a short time, and management is always accessible/reaches back out to follow up on things. They also do a pet of the month in their monthly newsletter! Great and affordable place to live :)
I rented online, sight unseen (because I was coming from out of state) and have been thrilled with my decision to rent here. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues (not that there are many). My apartment had recently been upgraded and is absolutely gorgeous. I've had no issues AT ALL! There are apartments that have not yet been updated, so do clarify which "level" of rental you are getting.
Safety and resident comfort are not a top priority for this housing complex or this management company. Homeless people can regularly be seen wandering the premises or digging through the trash. Multiple security issues have been brought to the attention of staff and the management company with no response, and if they do respond, it is with placations. The facilities are constantly in disrepair, with large trash items, like couches, sitting on the lawns for days at a time from residents who have dumped them. The year-round facilities that were promised upon move-in, namely the clubhouse and the hot tub, have yet to open or remain open throughout the winter. The actual maintenance staff has been great, yet because the property can't afford to fully staff maintenance for the 400+ apartments, issues go unresolved for longer than they should, if they are resolved at all. I was promised hardwood in my apartment and did not know I would receive carpet until the day I pulled into the parking lot to move in. Management's response was to either do nothing or offer me another apartment at some indefinite date when one became available, which would require me to move twice with no monetary compensation. If you don't pick up your package within two days of it arriving, which can easily happen if you travel at all, it automatically gets returned to the sender. The office staff refuses to hold packages for you, regardless of the situation. The apartment itself is nice and has a larger floor plan than most in Denver. They have wood-burning fireplaces, which I love. Limited counter space in the kitchen, but the appliances all function well. There is also very limited storage. Basically, don’t bring anything but the essentials. There isn't much to do in the area unless you want to go to a biker bar, body shop or sex shop, but the location is close enough to DTC, Glendale and Cherry Creek to find food and drinks. If safety and cleanliness are not your top priorities, this complex is centrally located in the Denver metro area and is reasonably affordable. You get what you pay for in Denver, that is for sure.
I have lived at the Parc on cherry creek for a year now and have had no complaints. They have really good package security (never had a package stolen). The parking is top notch (I’ve never had trouble finding a spot close to my building, no matter the time of day/night I’m coming back). I’d love to comment about their response time to service requests, but truth be told I haven’t had to submit one since moving in (and I live in an unrenovated, but still perfectly pleasant, unit). The units have lots of natural light. When I have had questions, the property management team is quick to get back to me if no one is available to take my call right there. The location is pretty great. Only 20 minutes from downtown. There is a great sports bar and brewery right next to the apartment. Overall would definitely recommend this property.
My fiancée & I just moved here from Texas. We did our leasing online which on their website there is only has 1 floor plan for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The pictures on their website show gray hardwood floors with stainless steel appliances & walk-in shower for the master bedroom. We were also assured we would get a upgraded apt. Well, we definitely did not get that & did not find out until our move in day, which is today. The unit we got was not advertised on the website & was not what we were expecting at all. We spoke to the office about and tho she was nice she basically said we had to accept it or move somewhere else. Now we just drove 15 hours from Houston and we were exhausted. Also we arrived with our movers and the cable install tech was there. We had already paid for everything so we felt like we had no choice but to accept it. It’s very disappointing because we had other quality options & really these apartments are false advertising what they have available. We we not be staying and really considering legal action. We were seriously inconvenienced.
Apartment covered in mold. Moved in and the place was filthy, nothing was cleaned from the past tenants. I've found tons of cockroaches of different types only 5 days after moving in. Leasing office is completely unreachable and unhelpful. Please stay away from this place.
Office team are very cooperative and nice. Maintenance team ( Lewis and Chris) are very professional and quick to respond to our call. We like the place because of all this amazing team.
Best apartment management and staff I've ever had the pleasure to deal with, hands down. The few maintenance requests I had were resolved within 2-3 days which I was very impressed by. Quiet, clean, comfortable surroundings and neighbors. Would highly recommend!
The place is cheap, but t comes with a price. The leasing office took my money for a garage and helped me pick out a specific garage, but then forgot about it when I picked up my keys to move in. Said it was my fault because I never completed the tenant application. Then how did I move in? They also are VERY slow to respond to maintenance requests. The leasing people, Danny and DJ give excuse after excuse. They also like to comment on parcels I receive, guessing what’s inside and whatever. They’re highly unprofessional. They even lose packages! This place has an awful mosquito infestation. I’ve never seen so many mosquitos before. The grounds are absolutely flooded with sprinklers that aren’t aimed correctly and run for hours every day. The place is muddy. Also they claim to ticket people $50 if they don’t pick up after their dogs and that they do a DNA test on the poop to match the dog. Meanwhile, there’s dog crap everywhere. Parking is a joke, the pool area is sub par. A few times I’ve had people obviously enter my unit unannounced and without leaving a note. I know because my things were touched (blinds drawn, etc). I told management and got no response. What a mistake to move here
Area is awful-Both of my vehicles were keyed while I lived here. We had things stolen out of our vehicles and off our patio as well-Leasing office could care less. I realize it's up to law enforcement but I would hope that the management would be concerned about burglary/theft in their complex. Never had one complaint made against us, rent was paid in full/on time every month, & we fully cooperated with the management on any construction, tests, cleaning, etc. Also there is no where to park and management randomly tows vehicles even though they don't register the tenants vehicles. Finally, went to move out and the leasing office charged us $1019 for damages? After I finally got the office manager to talk to me they said that the linoleum was stained by urine from our dogs....Linoleum does not stain and we have pictures to prove that there was no damage (doesn't matter because we signed a lease apparently). We spent over 8 hours breaking our backs cleaning the entire apartment thoroughly (looked better than when we moved in) and there was no damage period. The floor had no damage and is still in the unit-We came back to the complex and it's the same linoleum floor in the unit (the new tenants do not have new linoleum installed). The maintenance supervisor did not actually replace anything and we were charged $1000 for stained linoleum that was never replaced. I do not recommend moving here to anyone.
Property Manager at The Parc At Cherry Creek, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your feedback, and for addressing your concerns. We are sad to hear that your vehicles were vandalized on the community. If you could provide us with a frame time or further information, we can assist you and the Local Law Enforcement with this matter to hopefully prevent others from experiencing this problem. Regarding the damages to the apartment, we are happy to speak with you more, and provide pictures, invoices, and/or samples of the damages. Thank you again for your feedback, and we truly wish you the best of luck.
I really like both the apartment & the complex. The apartment is spacious & well laid out and the complex has a lot of green space. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also friendly, but the complex is understaffed in this area so non-emergency maintenance can be several weeks if there are a few emergencies in progress across the complex. It's located not too far from the Cherry Creek shopping district, and has several easy routes to downtown.
We stayed here for one year and had an excellent experience. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel relaxed and comfortable at all times here. The apartments are well kept, other then a few leaks around windows when it rains hard. The wood fire place is an amazing touch to have in an apartment. The only reason we are leaving is the location. But don't let that stop you, the PARC is 25 minutes from downtown but steps away from great shops, bars, restaurants, and an awesome brewery (COMRADE). This place is perfect for the young family looking for a quite spot in the outer ring of the Denver.
I love the Parc at Cherry creek, it clean quiet and the office staff are friendly, know you by name and they take good of business as fast as they can!
Hello, I live at The Parc at Cherry Creek and they are a good place to live. I have not ran into any issues and all my neighbors are friendly. They allow pets and have a great green belt for the dogs. The pool is a little small, but that is fine for me personally. Rent is about average for the area, check out if interested.
I really like my apartment complex, every personnel in the office treat every tenant like friends, very nice, its pretty clean tranquil and I have recommended to my friends!
Great location! Wonderful staff members, efficient maintenance crew, beautiful floorplan, and reasonable prices. Nonetheless, I would recommend this complex to anyone who seeks afforable living within a great community.
I am into my second year at The Parc at Cherry Creek and we love it! All apartments are a little pricey in the Denver area but here I really feel like it is worth the money. We have the upgraded model, nice neighbors, the pool and tennis courts are well maintained and the staff is THE BEST! They even have summer events! This year they did a family movie night and we had food and prizes along with a nice evening outside with family and friends. LOVE THIS PLACE!
I've lived in several apartment complexes since moving to Denver and my experience at The Parc has been the best by far. Originally, the thing that drew me to The Parc was the amount of space I got at such an affordable price. Denver’s expensive (compared to Des Moines) and most places I looked at within my price range were either unkept or no more than 600 sq ft., neither of which were acceptable for me. The apartments are pretty quiet as I rarely hear my neighbors. Furthermore, they offer plenty of pet waste stations on the grounds so I never have to go far to get more baggies. With that being said, the thing that made me decide to renew my lease, is the management. I’ve worked with Greg the most, and he’s been incredibly pleasant to work with! Whenever I call and leave a message after hours, I get a call from him first thing the following morning. I appreciate their timeliness in responding to my questions and work orders. Also, they have been more than accommodating when it came to renovations for my apartment and were willing to work around my schedule rather than forcing me to abide by the timeframe that is most convenient for them. Everyone in the office is personable and I like that they get to know me and actually remember me. For these reasons, I highly recommend you check out the The Parc!
I have lived at The Parc at Cherry Creek for four years and i have honestly enjoyed it. The best management i have ever deal with.. Tori, the manager is caring, attentive and overall great person, who is very easy to work with. Sheena has always been helpful and professional as well. The complex itself is nice and clean, plenty of parking spots, good location. There are some down sides like with the most of apartment complexes, but you cant expect living in apartments to be the same as living in your own house. And yes, unless you are not renting the top floor unit, prepare to hear your neighbors once in a while. P.S The previous reviewer mentioned that they had roaches in there, which surprised me a lot. I never saw even a single one in four years of living there..
