The Parc is a Awesome place to live. All the staff and maintenance are always willing to go out of their way to help and are always there for you. Very clean and safe place to live. Property is always maintained and looks great. Hope to live here for many years. A

Modern & Spacious

This place is great for apartment living. They are modern style apartment with laminate flooring, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, beautiful windows and lighting, and great room size in my perspective. Is only a 15-20 minute drive for shopping places like Legacy Place and Natick Mall. Cindy and the management team are very responsive , great with the application process and move in. I have been here for about a few months and feel right at home. Most of all , it is quiet here. Would highly recommend!!
