let me just start off by saying this. I’ve lived here for 2 years and when “new management” came .. they renovated the apartments it only got worse. Bug problems, leaks, MOLD IN THE WALLS THEY WILL NOT FIX but SPRAY BLEACH AND LEAVE IT THERE!! I’ve had water come into my apartment not once, not twice, but multiple times I couldn’t even count. They’re asking so much for rent when there’s no storage space, the apartments itself are falling apart, sinks are put on backwards so hot water ain’t even hot it’s cold water., electrical issues aswell that caused rust in my bathroom. if you ask them to fix something for you it’ll take weeks. I was embarrassed to have company over at the time I was living there. everything in there is made very poorly and cheap.

I cannot say enough about the crew at The Park! I am a resident here and just renewed my lease for a 2nd year. Rita and Aiesha in the front office are always welcoming, full of smiles, and ready to help me with anything I need. I told Rita I needed a bigger place with more space and she found the perfect apartment for me and didn’t even charge me another security deposit, she let me transfer my first one to a new unit. They are both extremely understanding and flexible to their residents’ needs. The maintenance crew, Shawneece and John are available for any maintenance needs I have (I have 5 kids so believe me, there’s always plenty!). There have been several instances where they have both dropped what they’re doing or working on just to come help me at that very moment. I couldn’t be more appreciative of this crew and how they make their residents a priority. This team is why I choose to renew my lease each year!

I stayed at Park apartments for a year lease. Management was always very good to me. Any complaint I had they made a thorough effort to fix it. I never really had any issues with bugs, there are a lot of frogs in the area that get on your porch (even on the second floor) and in the pool. The appliances were fairly new and the washer and dryer worked good too. It was nice and clean when I moved in and they host events through out the year. Management really does go beyond what’s expected and Rita always made me feel heard about any complaints and made me feel welcomed. My only complaint is towards the end of my lease there were noise issues with neighbors coming from everywhere. No matter what it seemed like all hours there would be loud music, bass from TV, or just people being loud. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear the people all around you. It didn’t start to get too bad until maybe the last three months of my lease and there’s really nothing you can do. The trash is also not collected often enough and you will see and smell it pile up outside of the compactor for a couple days. Besides those two things I really didn’t have much to complain about. For a unit that has laundry machines I feel like I got a good deal. I recommend everyone to come tour the place, it’s definitely a decent place to considered living at.

Greetings, I see your review was posted prior to us taking over management of the community. It's unfortunate your experience has been less than stellar; however, we are excited to implement a variety of changes we're sure will improve life here at the community going forward.
I’ve lived here a little of 6 months .. Ms rita and tawanna are absolutely amazing! Me and my best friend absolutely love them!!! When we come to them they get things done! Not to mention the maintenance men are awesome also! Sometimes we go in the office for quick things and end up leaving out a hour later talking with them! Shay and Nat love y’all!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and never experienced any problems until “new management”. This complex has become very poor and it’s beyond me that the prices have been raised and the apartments are still trash. The doors have so many cracks bugs are just making there way in. I live on the bottom floor and it has rained in my apartment not 1 time not 2 times but 3 times and all they do is dry the carpet and lay it back down. Windows are molded the walls are coming apart the neighbors are noisy and when you tell management they LIE and say they’ll handle it and never do the washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken!!!!! And they plan on getting rid of them which sucks because now your paying higher rent for what exactly? A refrigerator and a stove? When all these apartments need new tubs toilets and shower heads. I am so ready to move I’m counting the days. Oh and let me add how rude the new staff is they just love to talk over people and have no idea how to do there jobs you can’t ask a simple question without getting a “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know” I’m just over it
This is by far the worst living experience I have ever had. Never have I ever experience such rude and combative office staff. In the event you have an issue or a problem your concerns are not valid. You will be spoken to in a belittling and demeaning way. The groundskeeper blow rocks, debris and grass all over my vehicle scratching it. I was told by the front office it was not their concern. The fitness room has no working equipment. The entrance to the apartment kids catch the bus is pitch black in the morning. The only positive thing that I can say about the apartment complex is the maintenance is awesome. I would not recommend anyone to move here.
I have lived here over two years and will move when my current lease expires. The maintenance staff does their best, but are hampered by penny-pinching owners. There is constant turn over of office staff and the current crew are rude and inattentive to real issues but can come up with the stupidest rules to solve imaginary ones. If you want to sit on your porch, smoke dope, play bass-blasting music and let your dog run free and poop everywhere while you throw your cigarette butts on the lawn, this place is for you!
I am in the process of looking for an apartment and I must tell you that even though I couldn't get an apartment that was right for me, I truly want to say the young man Alex was the most caring, informed and patient person I have ever met. He was not pushy he seemed interested in what I had to say and even offered to help me find someplace that would suit my needs. I really wished there had been an apartment available just so I knew I would be taken care of. Matilda harris
The apartment used to be awesome for my first year. Now everything is messed up and I do not know why. They never answer their phone. They also don't return phone calls. The office is always closed!!!. Only one trash compact for the whole complex. I'm currently still a resident but DO NOT plan on renewing my contract. Look elsewhere first. TRUST ME!
I have been in Fayetteville for 15 years. Why I haven't checked into both Abbotts Park and or Abbotts Landing is mind blowing. The prices are awesome and how clean they keep up with the community definitely makes me more excited to call this place home. I enjoy inviting people over, Im not embarrassed like a lot of other apartment communities here. The staff members are awesome! Very welcoming. I can walk into the office and see smiling faces and people who actually want to know my concerns/comments. Latoya is the new property manager there, LOVE HER. And you can tell she loves and cares for her tenants. Taylor is no longer at this property but is running abbotts landing, she was awesome here and still see her from time to time. Over all, Wouldn't call another place my home.
My apartment is cheap and small, but worth it because it's just me. I don't have a lot of stuff. It's always quiet and the staff in the office is super cool. I just renewed my lease to stay another year. Awesome for college students as well. It is the best apartment complex I've stayed in.
My apartment is perfect for me because I was just moving out of my parents house. It was a great way to learn some responsibility and independence! My manager, Latoya is awesome. She's very caring and would do anything for her tenants. It's an amazing place to stay!
You have got to check this community out. I have never been so welcomed by the staff. They were very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to choose a place to live. I would go no where else.
