Property Ratings at The Park Apartments
I am a current resident of The Park Apartments and it is by far the worst apartments I have lived in. We had a flea infestation and we are actively dealing with an ant infestation. Our fridge recently had a malfunction which allowed the ants to inhabit the fridge and they are blaming us for leaving the fridge open to allow the ants in. We have shown them proof of ants getting in our fridge without it being open and they refuse to take care of our fridge issue, once again blaming us. They also refuse to compensate us for the loss of groceries because once again it is “our fault” the ants got in there. In our master bathroom, the shower door would swing off upon opening and I had put a work order in for it to get fixed. All they did was put the shower door back on (not fixing it) and said they could not replace the shower door because they would have to replace the entire shower frame. Because of that I didn’t put in another work order because they weren’t going to do anything about it and the shower door has continued to swing off. It hit me in my pregnant belly on one occasion upon entering the shower. Another time I was showering my toddler and it swung off again almost hitting me and my son. They are aware of this and refuse to recognize that they are guilty of negligence and laziness on their part. I highly suggest you don’t move here!!
We are fairly new tenants and so far we love it here. The Staff have been very friendly, helpful and professional! Ruth and the other staff walked us through step by step and made the application process very easy, any questions we had they answered. After showing us our unit we knew right away this was the place to rent. They are Very dog friendly and seem to be doing everything it takes to make sure the grounds and facilities are kept neat and clean. Thank You Ruth and all the other staff for making our move to the BelAire Apartments an enjoyable and easy process!

Don't move here!! The new management company raised the prices $350 above the average price for a one bedroom and one bathroom apartment. You can find a two bedroom and two bathroom in the area for the same price. The new office staff is rude and refuse to answer your questions. They tell you to contact their corporate office instead. It also takes forever before your maintenance requests are handled.
It is a really comfortable living here. i love the location. It is close to three major freeways and malls. it is also in a quiet neighborhood.
Office staff are so very nice and always helpful. Maintenance are so courteous and punctual. It's a very quiet community. Landscape are always well kept. Pool is always clean. Mailbox room is clean and smells really good from the office. Their little gym could use better equipment and needs to blast the AC cause I can hardly feel it. Security guard is very friendly and ensure on time watch for residents safety .
Wong song apt is great quiet, clean gated community, I feel safe.
With the amount of amenities given, Woodsong Apartments are actually really nice. You get nice granite countertops and wood floors with fireplaces in some units. You also get a washer and dryer as well as a fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher in unit. My patio is quite large and my only real criticism is the amount of noise due to thin walls. If somewhat noisy neighbors would bother you (I can hear EVERY time my neighbor plays music or watches TV) then you might want to live elsewhere. Otherwise, this place is pretty perfect.
