This place is SEVERELY ROACH INFESTED along with flooding from utility closet plus MOLD and MILDEW POOR management and the Owner can careless about this property , the people who run it FOR HIM or the residence living in SUCH hazardous unhealthy conditions they just paint over the mildew and mold and the maintenance has no control over it cause they can only fix things when supplied with the proper tools and pest control can only come when THEY think it’s necessary .. dogs just wander anywhere unleashed to pee and poop even in the breezeways this place is just awful.. your decision but no ONE PERSON can fix this ALL the OWNER care about is the RENT . Your choice but you’ve been warned
Paid the $50 and $150 fee to move in after i was approved. they pushed me back months and months due to Inconveniences. After receiving Move in conformation with apartment number and everything. They come to me telling me they cannot find paperwork that was all provided and given a month before my move in date. Horrible Move in process and experience. Do not recommend.
RUN! Don't walk away from this property. It is the cheapest in town for a reason. Its roach infested. The grounds are poorly kept, trash everywhere. They cant keep a property manager to save their lives. No help at all! All the residents are constantly calling Cartersville Code Enforcement just to get action from the owners of this dump. PLEASE find anything else. Don't say i didn't warn you!
Door design flaws, door stoppers can't even stop the doors, very sketchy neighborhood, half the outlets don't work, Upstairs neighbors water heater leaking and causing problems with our ceiling, exterminator comes and makes things worse, and really noisy neighbors, my advice, spend the extra $100 a month and choose anywhere else, The rent is absurdly high for it being in this quality, and the bad parts of the neighborhood in the back, they pretend don't exist.
Drugs everywhere. Trash strewn everywhere. Kids run amok damaging property and cars. Kids and parents throwing trash everywhere. Kids are not supervised. Drug related shooting at the end of April 2022 that can be verified. Office staff changes every 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone. Maintenance is non existent. There is mold in a lot of the apartments. The windows will not open, fire hazard. Clogged up dryer vents. 3 or 4 cycles to get clothes to dry. Another fire hazard. Loud music 24/7. Office personnel does not care about complaints, they do nothing. The roaches should pay rent there are so many of them.

Very horrible management! They are never in office, they have no maintenance. Over heard the guy saying he locks the office door because he doesnt want to deal with the people living here! Dont waste your money!

Management is poor maintenance is poor the buildings are basically falling apart I seen four buildings that the stairs have collapsed and still has not been fixed it’s not safe for children

I've lived here two years two and a half years going on it's the pits is full of roaches full of rats and they do not keep the grounds up we don't have a swimming pool like they advertise we do not have a laundry room that they advertise there was not a fitness center like they advertise so they're false advertising 366 Park is a dump. Do not move here.
