When we applied for our apartment we wanted a loft. But they weren’t available. One of the ladies said that we can still apply and then change it when a loft was available. Well that wasn’t the case so we got stuck with a one bedroom apartment instead of the loft. I wish I knew or I would have waited tell we could apply for the loft. Because this was not what we were looking for. Once we got moved in and settled the loft was finally available and they said they would get back to me about maybe doing a transfer. I have yet to get that call or even contacted about the loft. I wish I didn’t get my hopes up to get one of the lofts, but I don’t think that will happen. Not really happy with my experience from the start and should have just looked elsewhere. But I didn’t want to spend money on another application sense it went through for this apartment complex. All and all wouldn’t recommend Park at Canyon Ridge to friends or family because of this experience. I also do not understand why there is a $45 convenience fee to pay on line instead of in cash or with a cashiers check. I would assume that it is more convenient that they get their money right away and not have to wait to put it in the bank themselves. Oh well. Thank you for letting me put in my two cents on the apartment complex.

I'm unimpressed so far at best, extremely disappointed at worst. Management here is not good, though some staff individually are. They do not care about quality or about engaging their community members. They will not help you when their own stuff breaks. I do not recommend moving here.

The entire staff is extremely helpful and amazing. Any time they are contacted, we are treated with the utmost respect. They do their best to make sure we are happy & feel like we are home. The staff has really helped us feel like this is home. They have gone above and beyond in making sure all our needs were met before moving in & continue to help us feel like we made the right decision. Many places are just an "apartment" but the staff, especially in the office, really help it feel like a home.

Greystar has completely lost control of Park at Canyon Ridge. There is no security, or courtesy manager on-call. The number for maintenance emergencies hangs up on your without letting you leave a message. Office staff locks the door while they party with their friends inside while a crowd of people gather at the door urgently needing something.

I leased here because of the way I felt walking into the leasing office. The staff was all happy and greeted me. It’s clear they enjoy their working environment. I love it here because of the fitness center. Maintenance greets me every morning and I often stop by the office to say hi to Nikaila and Lorie.

The swimming pool and fitness center are my favorite places to go to relax. It opens at 5am so I can get a good workout before work. Rodney has gotten all of my work orders done and was even able to make me laugh (which rarely happens). The office staff is always friendly and make me feel at home.

It was great in the beginning. Nice appearance, grass was beautiful green and well taken care of, pet area was good. Neighbors were social and somewhat respectful. That was four years ago. Management has changed several times, neighbors don't care about their neighbors space, pet area isn't maintained, grass and out side needs some help. Parking lot needs attention.

Don’t stay here! I’ve had so many issues with this complex I can’t even name them all. They made my living space unlivable for more than three weeks for contractor work and didn’t accommodate rent or housing at all. My place almost flooded after because they forgot to hook up my washer and dryer afterwards and I hadn’t realized. Pests, loud noise, and trash being thrown into my patio are all factors as to why I won’t continue living here. I went without heat for two and half days in the middle of winter because they couldn’t get to my request.

A very bad place to live! If you are looking to be able to rest, friendly and clean neighbors and live in peace, this is not the place for you!!! - The apartments are extremely noisy, walls like paper, you hear every step of the neighbors, the TV or when they hit the walls on a "hot and passionate" night at 3:00 am. - Utility rates are ridiculously expensive. - You will get at your door every morning the waste of the dogs that the neighbors left you because they do not clean them, you will have to clean it yourself or wait for them to fade, you pay a cleaning service even when you do not see anything clean. - When it's summer it's the worst, if you live near the pool prepare to hear people at 3:00 am at Pool party's and call the Police continuously. - The parking spaces are tiny, your car will also pay the price of a knock on the door and scratches on the paint, when you report it to the condo they will tell you to call your insurance. - The stairs are falling down, when I left my house the large debris almost fell on me, they are falling down and nobody does anything. - The schedule for people to make noise is from 8 am to 8 pm, but don't worry you will have it possibly 24/7 - The staff if you claim a noise or if you have a schedule (you work at night), keep in mind that you will not sleep. The staff will do nothing to help you, so if you have days off and want to rest, forget about relaxing at home, you will never get it!!! My reflection from Park at Canyon, run as much as you can from this place and avoid living in hell.

Pest Control !!! Since Friday I have a live animal in my fireplace, and the animal's noises trying to get out ALIVE from there are extremely loud ... I repeatedly contacted the Leasing Office without any solution in hand, call Animal Services, anywhere possible to receive help for the animal, without any success because it is private property and needs authorization. I have not been able to sleep for two nights, and according to the contract that this condominium has with Animal Protection is that they only come on Tuesdays, that is, until Tuesday that poor animal will be fighting for its life, without water, without food and in my case without being able to sleep ... Counting that it will be 4 nights of agony both for the animal to live and in my case to sleep. Once again I verify that the services of this condo are AWFUL !!! I suppose that we will have to warn the animals that try to fall on Monday or Tuesday early, because that way this condo can fix it "faster". I wonder what would happen if it is a snake or some dangerous animal? As a solution they told me that I can call an exterminator but I would be responsible for expenses and damages, that is, that the animal fell into the chimney because even the structure of these buildings is TERRIBLE (since that should not happen), and tenants must pay for it. Probably on Tuesday the animal is dead, too many days without food and water, for my part I will have 4 nights without sleep due to, again, the AWFUL service that Part At Canyon Ridge has. Living here has undoubtedly been a disgrace, the worst experience ever.

The apartment was not cleaned before my move in. There was hair in the shower, food in the cabinets, the floors were unswept/not mopped, and it smelled like cigarettes. Cleaners came for an hour after my belongings were already moved in and only resolved the hair in the shower. They also gave me a febreeze bottle. My expectation of clean does not match the expectations that the staff at the complex. This was the worst move in experience I have ever had and I am unclear what move out expectations are for cleanliness.

Staff in maintenance and leasing office is really friendly. Pictures of the apartment posted online are a bit misleading if you arent able to check the apartment out before hand.

The worst place I have ever lived, what makes it worse are your neighbors. 1. Too noisy 2. The walls and ceiling look like paper. 3. In summer the pool area is open and there are parties until 3:00 am (any day). 4. Unpleasant neighbors. 5. Excessively high payment for common services. 6. Dirty and neglected areas. 7. Dog excrement everywhere, even if the apartment complex cleans it up, the neighbors take care of the mess again.

I’ve lived here for only a week now and the upstairs neighbors make me want to cry with how frustratingly loud they are. They vacuum at 11pm, play basketball or something early in the morning inside the apartment, scream and stomp constantly, etc. I’ve complained numerous times and even asked the neighbors myself to quiet down and nothing changed to the point I’m asking to move (after I just got here) to a new unit. But I can’t even seem to get a clear answer on when I can get a new location or even if ones available. Second, the managers informed me nobody has lived in my unit for awhile and upon inspecting my kitchen when I first got here, I find a takeout box filled with food and a lovely roach. The roach is alive too. Also, I was given a mailbox key that doesn’t work and I won’t have a working one for who knows how long because I’m not given a date on that. I was however given a date on when my apartment repairs were supposed to be done and they weren’t. So now, while I’m anxiously waiting for a new unit, I have to continue living in a unit where the door was busted in through, the shower head isn’t attached to the wall, and the toilet seat is loose. While living with inconsiderate neighbors. The staff is friendly but they clearly need better management style and wayyy more people because they aren’t getting anything taken care of.

The walls are made of cardboard. I literally hear my neighbor snore at night, makes sense with our heads being 4 inches apart. Neighbors blast music for hours of the day so don’t live here if you work from home. Leasing office has responded to one of my many complaints, I’m sure they mean well but what can you do when the walls are so thin. Other than that, the parking spots are so narrow you can park your car but maybe not open your door. Poor measurement for parking spaces. Expect door dings. However they do offer free grocery carts in the parking lot so that’s kind of nice. Also there’s a guy that lives in a camper across the street. People let their dogs run loose. On a positive note we recently got new dumpsters, fitting for this place. Enjoy

The apartments are extremely noisy, and in addition to that you have noisy neighbors, who don't mind making a lot of noise until late at night and very early in the morning, if you report to the Administration, they just don't do anything!!! Impossible to be able to rest and sleep well at home. The neighbors are unpleasant for the most part, the green areas always have dog poop everywhere. A terrible experience!

Hi Anonymous It's understandable to hear normal daily noise living in apartment homes with close neighbors, however I would like to get some more details about the noise issues and would love the opportunity to try and correct this issue. We have a wonderful team now that has been keeping up with the pet waste and trash around the community, if you see someone not picking up after their pet, we encourage all residents to report an issue immediately so we are able to correct the problem asap with the pet owner while keeping complaints anonymous. I moved in back in feb ‘20 and signed a 14 month lease cause it was cheaper, but can’t wait to be getting out. I’ve had 2 separate instances of black mold, one which took a month for them to fully take care of. Had another instance where the unit above was leaking so they had to cut my bathroom ceiling open and fix that. The entire complex sewage system backs up every 6 months like clockwork, so get ready for sewage water to come up through the drains when it does. Last time it happened, my living area wall was leaking. MY WALL WAS LEAKING! The walls are very thin and you can easily hear other people. And overall the community struggles to put trash actually in the dumpster so get used to trash flying around. The building is falling apart, cracks are forming or getting larger but it seems like they slap paint over it and call it good. But, at least the staff is friendly.

The community is great and comfortable. Some of the tenants are not so considerate. They throw trash all over and don't pick up after their dogs and scream and throw things on the parking lot. It would be helpful if snow and ice is removed in a timely manner.

The apartments seem to fall apart with time on its own. Since weve moved in weve had to deal with ants, spiders, and rats. Its pretty gross. On top of that, whenever we place a maintenance order it takes about a month to have someone sent out.

Been here 10 months and I have had no problems. I mind my own business and if I need management they are always there, with great customer service. I will most definitely be extending my lease.

Park at Canyon Ridge is a beautiful place. Beautiful grounds with ponds that have fountains. People are friendly. Even though we are close to the dog park we seldom hear any dogs barking. The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. We absolutely LOVE the peace and quiet.
