Encore at Capri

My wife and I have lived here for two years and have loved it. The staff is great to work with. Over the two years only a few times did something come up that we needed addressed. The response time was always quick and issues or concerns were resolved in a timely fashion. Thank You for all you do and making our time here enjoyable. We would recommend this community to any one looking for an apartment! Pete and Laura

This place is a great place to live.Its quite, very low crime. Anastasia and Michelle are great. They are on top of things with noticing, matainence request etc. Need help with paperwork they are there for you. And the matainence team are great.They come at a timely pace and come back for a follow up. Love It Here!!!

I currently reside here and love it! I feel safe and comfortable at all times walking the community. I appreciate how kind the staff is and how quickly maintenance takes care of any requests (have only had possibly 2 in almost 2 years).

Currently have a 1bed 1bath. Quiet neighborhood! Very private and serene community. Could use some remodeling.

Strategically located, office and staff maintenance staff are very diligent. I have 4 months and have no complaints but positive things.

Apartments and property are very well maintained and very quiet. The office staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and attentive to needs. I would highly recommend Encore at Capri.

This place is sick and nasty it is full of cockroaches if you like eating with cockroaches, cooking with cockroaches or just like cockroaches this is the place for you. Me or my daughter do not like cockroaches and when I would turn on the lights at night you could see cockroaches running all over the kitchen, not just one or two at least 4 at a time.

Very clean and affordable, everyone is so nice and polite always ready to help you and very quick as well w with getting back to you about any questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live. Thanks to Michelle for being awesome!!

I just moved in last weekend, still getting settled and unpacking. I have a little dog too. And it is a wonderful place to live. I love it. The dog loves our walks. Everyone is so helpful. It is so close to things and the park is beautiful and the dog and I love our walks. The apartment is very nice, big bedroom and kitchen is very nice with lots of cabinets. I hoping to live here for a very long time. I'm retired and getting older, so I'm planning to stay until I have to go into an assisted living.

This place is sick and nasty it is full of cockroaches you're better off living in a dumpster behind Walmart at least the dumpster behind Walmart is emptied regularly and not full of cockroaches if you like sleeping with cockroaches eating with cockroaches taking a shower with cockroaches or just like cockroaches this is the place for you I myself do not like cockroaches and when I would turn on the lights at night you could see cockroaches running for their lives not one or two three or four or five or six

The Park at Capri earned this 1 star rating. We rented at the Park at Capri while having our new home built. We moved out at the end of our lease in early October 2017 and we are still waiting for the security deposit to be refunded. Today is January 22th, 2018, (4 months so far). We got the deposit refund approval form back in the mail but no money yet. But that isn’t the only thing. Cockroaches. I started taking pictures after the first dozen or so showed up, crawling around like they owned the place. We killed a new one every couple of nights. To make it bearable my wife and I each got glue strips and had a contest; who's glue strips would get the most roaches by the time we moved out. The picture of the bathroom that I uploaded shows just one of the six glue traps that we had placed around the apartment, each of them equally populated with our uninvited roommates. I don’t want to seem too negative so I’ll tell you we did have a few good days there and leaving was the best day you could imagine.

The apartment on the outside is nice and it has nice amenities. Unfortunately, the apartment we got had a roach problem and after talking with pest control companies they stated to get rid of the problem it would take a few months, and the reasonable accommodation from management was to live there while they did treatment for a "couple of weeks." We left after two weeks of living there because we were killing anywhere between 25-50 roaches a day; and most of them were in the kitchen; meaning we could not even have food because roaches would walk on it. While I do not know if all the buildings have this problem; my recommendation is that before you move get an independent pest control company to check the apartment before you even sign a lease. FYI they use Massey.

If you're situated at the 1st floor, every little step is sooooooo loud! The apartment is too old!!! There's a lot of roaches!!! This apartment keeps on increasing rent every year. But no improvement at all. They should renovate this place and also the management should be replaced. They're too old and unaccomodating.

I chose my apartment because it is spacious, well laid out and has great amenities. It also has wonderful management staff that is very quick to respond to any problems that arise. Something else that was surprising to me is how well insulated the units are, I rarely ever hear my neighbor in the apartment above - this is hugely important to me as I have experienced the opposite at other apartment communities! All in all, I can see myself staying here for years.

My boyfriend and I have been living in this apartment for almost 4 months. It's very quiet, very clean, the neighbors are very nice as well. The maitenic people are very quick to respond to things that need to be fixed. The people in the leasing office are so sweet, always an open door. Where we live, your water is included in your rent along with basic cable, you can't beat that. It's very close to downtown and places to eat. I'm very happy with my choice to spend my money!

great place, staff is nice and on point. Pool is always taken care of and we have an extremely nice gym.
