Today is the one-year anniversary of my move into the Park At Chesterfield so I figured it was only appropriate to write a review. The neighborhood is super quiet. They have gated entry which is really nice. The soundproofing inside of the apartments must be really good because I never hear my neighbors. I don’t even know I have neighbors most of the time because you can’t hear them except for when they are opening the doors. The staff is awesome, they are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. Maintenance is on point and fixes whatever you need either that day or very shortly after. I have had no problems since I have lived here. It’s very close to many restaurants and gas stations, super close to Busch Gardens, USF, and the highways. The apartments are large and modern. Lots of natural light, no issues with the HVAC systems. No problems with bugs. Take previous reviews with a grain of salt because new management has taken over and they have done a fantastic job.

I’ve been living here for about two years now. The staff is super friendly and anytime I go into the leasing office they know me by name. Any maintenance request that I have put in has been serviced within the same day. The pools and apartment grounds are upkept. The complex is quiet but not SO quiet that you fear having a guest over. People pick up after their animals. The complex is walking distance from multiple grocery stores/gas stations/beauty supply stores, and several food options within 5-10 mins as well. Close to busch gardens and usf. Gated community. The apartments are clean and very spacious. There are only a few minor things I could say are things I dont like which are: visitors parking is sparse, visitors spots were recently implemented and On the off chance I have a guest its always hard to find a spot. Two, the trash service sucks for lack of better words. Its no fault of the complex but we have valet trash and the trash service skips my unit 90% of the time. Again this is no fault of the complex, ive taken it up with the trash service company SEVERAL times and eventually just gave up. Its truly no biggie because the bins around the complex are close enough to throw it out myself, however with the service being included in the rent price i wish there was some way to rectify the issue. And lastly I wish my particular unit had option for an in unit washer/dryer. The laundry room is near so again this isn’t detrimental, just a want rather than need. And some units actually do have the hookups now if im not mistaken.. but mine isnt one of them. All in all its a great place and would definitely recommend to others, the few minor things are just me being critical to help with those who these are non-negotiables. Grateful to live somewhere I feel safe, thats conveniently located, and where I can enjoy my peace.

I moved in a few months ago and based on all of the prior reviews was skeptical. The staff is absolutely amazing, sincere, and prompt in handling matters. All of my maintenance requests were usually done the same day and were done with care. The grounds are always clean, trash is always taken out. I absolutely love it here and love the new management! :)
The apartment staff is all courteous and attentive to my needs from the application process, to move-in, and since renting.
I cant complain about the maintenance staff they are always very attentive and respond quickly when I place a call in, they are very friendly, respectful and take the time to answer any questions I may have. From past experiences with other apartments I have lived in its a relief to know I can count on the maintenance staff to resolve any issues I may have in a prompt and efficient way. Above all the apartments are very spacious and property is always kept clean.
i love my apartment so much it is very large over 1300 square feet, the area is great i am not far from bush gardens theme park, the pools are always clean and the fitness room is very large as well, one thing i love the most is the beautiful landscaping i love to jog and enjoy then nature! what a pleasure it is to call these apartments my home i just renewed my lease this month.
Overall, my experience here at the Park of Chesterfield apartments was a positive one! As a stay at home mom my home was close to my sons school very convieient to the grocery store and many more other stores and restaurants. The management was always willing to work with me even when my husband left on a military assingment. Mrs. Janice always had fun activities for the kids and adults we just love her. Our maintenance crew was always on time which we didn't have to call them in as much! Great environment for both residents and pets! . Military family, Tampa FL
I moved into this apartment complex when it was bank owned, the exterior left a lot to be desired but the units (One & Two bedrooms) were very specious and have an open floor plan. This location while can be perceived in a negative light is very convenient and is central to everything. Block Rock Partners when they brought the property from the bank gave the apartment complex the TLC it needed. Getting maintenance at times can be a little challenging (I've lived here in 1BD & 2BD unit two years each) as happens at many other apartment complexes, however, management is easy to communicate with and will always fulfill their obligations to you as a tenant which you may occasionally have to be persistent to make it happen. It's a great community, great management and while the location is a little rough around the edges I've enjoyed all my years living at this community especially after Block Rock Partners took over.
The rent is affordable, the office is to willing help, respectful of your time, and concerned about it's tenants well being. When I step outside I have the luxury of walking across the street to one of our community pools and the community gym. The complex is extremely quite and well maintained. In my opinion it would get 5 stars any day.
when my lease is up I will have been here for 2 years and the only thing I have positive to say about this complex is that it's centrally located on the negative side the maintenance changes all the time and have to wait weeks at a time for the work order to be completed also the water pressure in the building sucks which means I am unable to run water in my shower, in the kitchen or flush the toilet at the same time without the water pressure being effected.
