Do not recommend this community. They have rats & roaches. There’s been homeless people digging in the dumpsters. The management is terrible at best. Do not recommend!! Don’t move here!! Keep looking!!
This is by far the worst leasing experience I have ever had--my unit had broken appliances, which they never fixed, faulty outlets, black mold, plus a roach and rat infestation, even though tenants are charged monthly for pest control. The pools are very rarely open and usually are unkempt. I didn't get a postal key until I demanded one a month after move-in. Also, the unit's AC was broken/was leaking water into my closet and living room to the point of doing sheet rock damage, and they never repaired it--I had to hire an outside repairman to fix the problem. The grounds are usually littered with trash and debris, and the security gates are often nonfunctional. They are white particle board with black paint splattered on top. The floor in my kitchen rolls like it has a tiny hill beneath it or like it was built for a fun house. The complex does not address maintenance issues and ignores requests for communication but expects immediate responses from tenants. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!
Rat, roaches, gnats infestation. Maintenance Doesn’t do ANYTHING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO
This appartment has gnats infestation ( 2 friends that stay here too same problems). My mailbox has been broken since last year( FEDERAL ISSUE). My tub is peeling because they painted over dirt. It peels when I spray bleach on it. Pantry door is broken. Must I continue? Dont Move Here!!! Almost out my lease.
Was just told by front office staff that the massive hole in my ceiling, mold under my sink, and detachment of my bedroom ceiling fan hadn’t been fixed because they are trying to stick it to the contractors they already paid!! Incompetent workers, lazy maintenance and prioritizing A COFFEE BAR over fixing actual apartments. Gross negligence
Not wheelchair accessible, the lady say it is then she say the doors not, so its NOT wheelchair accessible. They don’t fix anything until years later , I’ve been waiting 4 months for lights to be fixed , tons of roaches ,. Pest control came over 50 times since I’ve lived here. They are only fixing paint over bad foundation, creaks n leaks. ALL RENOVATED units have old foundation and they are charging higher rent to stay there. They changed the entire complex rent up $100 and no one got any new changes to unit. Rent somewhere else.thank me later.
Went to see an apartment only to wait for someone to speak with me. The office was very hectic and it appeared that no one knew what was going on. When I previously made the appointment I verified that my pet was accepted but when I did speak with someone I was informed I was missed informed.
