Property Ratings at The Canvas
Very cheap remodels that were done, virtually every apartment in my building has had issues with mold, A/C not working properly, the maintenance and management team have been a nightmare to work with. Lighthouse Property Management are not good people to work with, would recommend not wasting your time here.
The Canvas is a great place to live! Easy to get comfortable, nice staff.
The staff is friendly and helpful, apartments spacious, and the location is excellent!
My rent is affordable, the walls and flooring are nice and my appliances are great! I was one of the first people to move in when the Canvas re-opened and I really enjoy living here. New amenities are on the way and things will only get better from here, I would definitely recommend a friend of mine to move in, and a bunch of new construction such as Publix is being built minutes away
New appliances, timely response from maintenance, quiet neighborhood, good location.
Have lived here for a little while and have loved it! Great location (close to great restaurants and coffee shops) and a nice layout!
Main bedroom closet has a water heater, windows do not raise nor have screens and have been reported but nothing done about them, not enough storage there is only one closet in the entire two bdrm unit that you can place your apparel and there is no place to store household items such as broom, mop, and vacuum cleaner, appliances are not updated and were dirty and worn upon move in, have been there for a few months now and have had problems with field mice due to nasty neighbors, building hallways are reek with stained and mildewed carpets, dumpsters are not managed weekly so smelly trash piles up outside, few parking and unsafe playground, no place for kids to play except in the hallways or just simply go to a park if you have a car or can walk far distances, no place for grillling so it’s prohibited, outside light fixtures do not work, outside stairwells are metal so they are full of rust and dangerous holes and of course slippery when wet. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I have been living here about seven years. The apartments are located in a good area. Everyone working at Five Point is doing a good job. There are two areas that need some improvement: 1. Need more parking 2. Need to open the walk through gate for closer walking access to restaurants, bus stop and store.
We have been here for a little over two years, and me and my family all agree that this place has treated us just fine. Awesome management, on-time maintenance, fun community events, nice and respectable people, almost everything you can ask for in simple, decent living here at The Park at Five Points. Keep up the good work!
I have been living there for about 1 year plus months, its a very quiet neighborhood. When I first moved in people were hanging out at different times of the night, drinking and being very loud which was very disrespectful. Well with the new property manger ever thing has settled all the way down and she is keeping everything at a great livable, family environment. If you are looking for somewhere close to downtown this is definitely affordable and worth it. The only thing I would love to change is more parking spaces that could be closer to my apartment.
Great place to live. Staff is nice. Rules are good. Neighbors are nice also. Me. 3yr Tennant.
I've been living in these apartments since 2014. I've seen great improvements since then. It's quiet and maintenance does a good job. We need more parking spaces but management is trying to handle that problem. MS. Thomas
Excellent location minutes from downtown. Friendly staff with new effective management. Very quiet at night and is conveniently located on the bus line. I would highly recommend this tucked away homey community!!!
Very helpful and willing to work with you. They are very reasonable with as far as getting things done in a timely manner
Ive been here almost 3 years and will be renewing for sure. I really like the new paint on the outside of my building.
I looooooovvvvvvveeee the location. Margaritas at Las Maracas definitely helps....hahahha
Love the new management. You just gotta follow the rules.
Great people, great place, great neighborhood, close to everything, awesome place to live.
