Reviews play a significant part in the apartment hunting process. So far I’ve read mostly negative comments about your complex. One day I decided to visit the complex and was able to drive through the gates because they were broken. As I looked throughout the complex I noticed trash, maintenance chilling on grounds laughing and joking and they never noticed me watching them. I could go on and on but I’ve see enough and I’ve decided to look elsewhere for a decent apartment.

I don't know how or why these apartments are still standing and being rented out. They need to be torn down. I don't even know where to begin. These apartments are infested with roaches and rodents, they moved me into a unit that had filthy nasty blinds that were partially bent. The entire countertop in our half bathroom was unsecured and easily slid off. There are holes throughout the apartment big enough for a small animal to travel through. The neighbors are disrespectful and inconsiderate and will play music super loud every day all day...literally! The walls are super thin and you can literally hear your neighbor's conversation.There is a foul odor that comes from the shower drain that smells like sewage or s***!! So every time we shower, we have to inhale this horrible odor. The floors upstairs are uneven and you can easily feel dents and hollow spots underneath. Paint is chipping off most of the cabinetry. Whoever installed the doorknobs inside the apartment was lazy as hell. All of our doors have different locks. One requires a key that was not given to me. I could go on and on and on. Maintenance is a joke. They came to my apartment 3 times and out of all of the things I listed, the only thing that got fixed was the bathroom countertop. My shower was supposedly fixed but was basically just painted over. I have contacted the leasing office and corporate several times over the course of 3 weeks and nothing is being done. You can't even clean the tubs in the apartment good because certain basic products will wipe the paint clean off. It's completely ridiculous, and to be charging what they are charging for the rent for these piece of crap apartments is beyond ridiculous. The pictures on the website are completely misleading. I did some research on these apartments a couple of days ago and found out about the crime that has been taking place on top of the apartments themselves being raggedy, disgusting and out of code. Had I known all of this, I most definitely would not have moved here.

Unless you don’t have a problem with roaches not paying rent don’t move in! It is traumatizing and the most unbelievable thing I’ve seen. Residents also just leave garbage on the ground on the way to the dumpster!
Never had any issues with the community, but we had a horrible roach infestation it was so disgusting !! they definitely don’t care or pay attention. the walls are also super thin our neighbor was smoking weed, playing music, running around, and you can hear and smell all of it. disgusting.
Beware NOTHING gets fixed here. Most much needed, very important maintenance issues go unresolved. You must call several times and leave several messages AND call code enforcement to have anything done. Apartment has multiple leaks and none have been fixed and they have been reported several times over at least 2 years. To this day… still waiting on something to be done! Horrible experience at these apartments!
Don’t move here!!! This apartment complex is infested with mold and pest. I emailed corporate because the Manger Calethia failed to solve the problems in my unit and has me staying in a fire hazard unit. They referred me back to her this apartment complex doesn’t care and the customer service is ridiculous. In a year I have dealt with mold, my apartment flooding, loud upstairs neighbors, and getting my car towed.

If you're looking to get respect and good customer service this is NOT the apartment complex for you and your family. Maybe they need to go to additional training for that, I'm not to sure. They will also take their sweet time to fix anything in your unit. Also the trash is horrible there, its always all over the place.

Move in date 6/29/2020 Kitchen sink is dry rotten and smells of mildew throughout my down stairs. Down stairs bathroom sink mold/dry rotten. Down stairs bathroom light fixture needs to be replaced. 2nd floor bathroom has a cracked light bulb that I can’t get out. Tub is beginning to peel and sink counter top looks terrible. According to the brochure, all apartments were somewhat updated but having to smell mildew/mold is not my idea of updated. The maintenance man came, took pictures and stated he would fix the issues in my home. I still haven’t seen him. I don’t want the mold/mildew odor to get in my new furniture so I find myself constantly asking/pleading to have these things up to standard and licensure but nothing is getting done. I feel I should be first priority being that my apartment isn’t updated and that mold/ mildew is a valid reason to get these problems resolved plus I’m a new tenant. I thought this place was under new management and would not allow such issues to go on. What steps do I need to take just to breathe fresh air in my home?

I have lived at the Park at Galaway more than 7 years and have watched the apartments switch ownership several times. Under this new ownership (less than a year) they have towed my car, slow to address maintenance & repairs, & increase rent by more than $100. The customer service is horrible. When I addressed them with my complaints the leasing agent literally closed the door in my face. I don't recommend these apartments to anyone.

Ive been living at this complex for about 5 yrs and they have changed mgmt 3 times. They recently changed mgmt back in Nov and it has been terrible as usual. They never call you back or fix anything. I called about a leak in Nov and no one came out til Feb 2020 asking about the leak. By that time the leak just stopped.......Maintenance are unprofessional af. Always hitting on the women in the neighborhood and literally can’t fix anything at all. Everything needs a contractor. PLEASE PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE unless its just to save for better.

I have lived here for almost a year. This sis the second time I have had water coming into my apartment and having Mold because of it. The maintenance is a joke they are more of them having a smoke break instead of working. I'm still waiting for anyone to come and fix my moisture issue, it is going on two weeks. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I live here 2018-2019 My first few month were ok. Then one night I wake up to a RAT coming down my stairs! Not a mouse a RAT. They set up a trap and came and got it. Then the next 4 weeks it was a total of 6 caught in my apt alone ! Rat dropping were all over one dat I come home and food in my pantry all over the floor. The rent off showed no sense of urgency they offered to move me to a new unit however neighbors were having this issue as well . After back n forth they finally broke my lease. It was so unsanitary. I have kids and when I tell u they were the size of little Yorkies ! There answer is patching up holes . I just wanna save anyone with kids this hassle.
