Fantastic living experience! The grounds are beautifully maintained by a dedicated maintenance team who are always prompt and efficient. The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities here are great, the gym, pool areal and spacious clubhouse.

I absolutely LOVE living here!!! Not only is everything soo well kept but the staff is absolutely incredible. Specifically working with Natalia has been helpful in ways I didnt know I needed. She was such a major resource to me and to many friends I have talked to about staff here.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Park at Kendall. The management, especially Ms. Azucena, has been incredibly helpful and attentive. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always handled thing’s professionally. The complex is well maintained and overall atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed community! Plus great for those rush office meeting, it has plenty of space to sit back and enjoy some coffee. And they loved my dog;)

I’ve been living here for over a year, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartment community is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. When I first moved in, my main concern was parking, but after living here for a year, I have no complaints. I always find parking, no matter the time. The location is also very convenient, making it a great place to call home

I absolutely love living at The Park at Kendall! The staff here are amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
