Property Ratings at The Park at Knightsbridge

I have been living in this property for about 4 years. From day one the administration has always answered my questions and treated me with respect. The maintenance team always takes care of my service orders promptly. The surroundings of the property are always clean. The office is always doing activities to include the residents and they are professional, respectful and super friendly. I love the layout of my apartment. The property is located close to everything (restaurants, shops and main roads). I recommend this property. Charline and Uri will take good care of you.
This property is perfect for me and my children. The office staff has been friendly and has always helped me with everything. I have lived here for a year now and I just renewed my contract for another year.

Thank you for your review. We're happy to know that we've exceeded your expectations and look forward to continuing to do so!
Don't waste your time and if you do - document everything. I lived here for a year and once the new staff took over it went downhill. Ants infest the apartments and wasps nests are everywhere. Porch pirates are rampant. People would hang out on my patio and let their kids play on it without shame. The apartment above mine had a bathtub that was leaking. It resulted in the wall above mine to bow out and turn soft. Then we constantly fought mold and were told to just "spray it with bleach" when it was clearly wreaking havoc behind the drywall. When I turned in my notice that I was leaving they had me come in to sign official paperwork. They told me 5 days after the deadline that they had me sign the wrong form and it was somehow my fault (trying to trap me into the lease). The lady claimed everything from I should have read it before signing to my email was unclear when there was no way to misconstrue that I was notifying them of terminating my lease. I took it to corporate and it was "magically" resolved. The day we were set to move out the office was closed and the lady texted us to hand in the keys right away the next morning. When we went to turn in the keys she told us we were late - she checked. She refused to acknowledge it until we pulled out the text and then she claimed she had texted the wrong person. I told her too bad. When we handed in our final payment we asked for a receipt and they refused to give us one, so we made them make a note and sign it on paper. Just a shame that company took over and ruined a good place.

Hello; We are sorry that you have this opinion of our community and we do apologize for your experience. Unfortunately, crime is unpredictable and can happen anywhere. On the other hand , we do have only 1 service request about the leak and zero pest control service requests from your unit. We wish you could have maintained open communication with our office as we were not aware of most of the issues mentioned. Thank you for your feedback.
I was trying to print something @ the office, and I was having issues... Ms Uri took me back to her office and proceeded to take it upon herself to print these documents for me . very helpful, caring , & kind .
Renewed my lease and as a thank you they over charged me for my rent. We have to pay online. I am being charged over $200 more than my agreed lease amount. I didn’t pay because it was more and there wasn’t a guarantee of refund or credit. Today I received a 3 day eviction notice. I advised the office of the error on the morning of the 2nd, when it was still not corrected. The late fee is charged on the 5th. I gave them enough time to correct the problem, so I could still pay my rent on time. Going on year 4, never had a late payment, now I get a 3 day eviction notice. The notice gives me 3 business days, the notice was signed by the office representative stating the it was delivered to me at 1000am. I was home and it was put in my door at245 on a Friday. The office staff couldn’t resolve the issue, they had to submit a ticket to corporate requesting them to correct the system. After 5 days I they couldn’t handle this. When I questioned the staff member that signed and dated the notice about the time and that they gave it to me 5:45 hours later than stated, she couldn’t answer me. She just looked at me. She said she would call me Monday the8th. When I asked what was going to happen on Tuesday the 9h if it is still not corrected, would I be evicted? She said the notice says you COULD be evicted, not WILL be, so probably not.
When we first moved in 2 years ago the place was great. However, after three management companies the place is falling short on quality, loud neighbors, inadequate parking, trash dumpster stays overloaded leaving trash outside the dumpster on the weekends, and our biggest issue of all, not have something as important as our air conditioning working properly. My daughter is diabetic and has epilepsy, health issues that I have shared multiple times and how important it is to have an ac that works properly. However, after three months this year, and issues from last year, the ac is still is not working leaving us in 80 degree temps and high power bills because the ac will not shut off. As of today, I have made an additional online request and left three phone messages with management, none of which have been addressed or even acknowledged. Our lease is up in August and we will be out of here. Its frustrating because it is in a great location and the rent is reasonable, and while the overall area is not what it once was, the big issue here is the ac. Proper working ac in Florida is a necessity. I am betting the office air works great.
This apartment is on the first floor, surrounded by palm trees and oak trees. Thee oak trees are so huge that they block the sun and the our ability to make a choice on our T.V. We can only use the service of a cable provider instead of a satellite service because the signal is blocked by trees. The community is not allowed to cut the trees down. We are also concerned that the apartment is dated, no microwave, hmmmm. otherwise the place is only O.K. FAIR AT BEST. Thank, Doug Lee
The apartment in which we live is on the first floor of a multi dwelling complex in an ideal Area of Riverview Florida. We are very close to major shopping malls and grocery stores. Located in the heart of Riverview Brandon boarder line, we have a pool, Jacuzzi spa and a gym. The community is soon to be gated with a coded access. We like the area. Thanks, Doug Lee
