Property Ratings at The Park at Murano
Kadia and Pauola have been a blessing! This place was so disgusting before hand!! They have made so many changes in the little time they’ve been here. I renewed my lease with the complex BECAUSE Kadia and Pauola took over. I’m shocked at the negative reviews because they have been nothing but kind and helpful! They want their residents to love where they live! The gym has undergone an insane transformation and I’m so excited to start using it! They have turned this place around and I can’t wait to see what else they do. They answer all questions and always get back to you. The previous property managers were shady and very nasty! They did not care for this place! Since the take over, the changes have made this place so worth it!
DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS!!! These people that bought the complex are so sweet and are doing everything in their power to improve the property that was left from the poor management before! Restoring a broke down apartment complex takes time , it doesn’t happen in 3 weeks. The new company is amazing and are working so hard to improve everything. We have been working with them for 2 month to do a transfer and FIX all the issues Marla and Kathleen had caused with our lease and the absolute mess of apartment we were given to begin with. The People that are complaining are just impatient assholes looking for something to complain about. This community is going to be beautiful in the near future and well maintained!!!!
I have lived at The Park at Murano for the last 15 years.I must say I've never experienced any kind of crime or problems on this property. I highly recommend this place,it is within walking distance of Publix and several banks and Church and school. Management feels like family if you should need help or have any questions. 15 years of homestead bliss.Thank you Park at Murano!!??????
This place is awful. I moved in a year ago and the turnover in staff is awful. They don’t even want to work here let alone live here. Trash outside the dumpster, bulk pickup is always full and left all over the parking lot. The car care center is a vacuum. Everything is old, no upgrades. Laundry facility is always dirty and machines are always in repair. A lot of smash and grabs in the parking lots lately. This is not a safe or good place to live. If something breaks down they don’t fix it for months.
I believe this place used to be a mess, I’ve heard stories about the previous manager. But it’s under new management, a whole new team and honestly this is easily the best place we’ve lived. Everyone is the office is great, they care about your concerns. Christiana knows how to run a property and actually cares about the residents and their well being. Maintenance is super responsive and professional, they don’t give you the run around, they get their job done. For an older apartment complex, our apartment was handed to us in great condition, we’ve had super minor issues that got addressed immediately. There’s no pest issue, honestly we have no issues here. We’re happy. We love our home.
Excellent customer service I would recommended to anyone.
I'd give negative stars if possible. The only thing nice about the place is the 2 swimming pools. The apartments look beautiful from the outside, they show you a nice looking model, act nice to you. You think you're moving into a nice place..and then you move in. The truth is that the place is pretty only from the outside. The appliances are old, don't work, look like they haven't been replaced since the 70's. The apartments look NOTHING like the model they show you. Horrible paint jobs, bugs, cracked tiles and non working appliances. INFESTATION of ROACHES! Smell of dog poop everywhere. Loud noisy neighbors, dogs barking constantly. Getting something fixed is nothing but a miracle. You will wait WEEKS for anything to be fixed and that is after calling, calling calling and BEGGING. We had a broken dishwasher and stove the entire time we worked there. Maintenance men don't have a clue what is going on, neither does the office staff. Pray that you don't have to deal with the on site property manager, Heidi. She's called "Heidzilla" be her staff for a reason. 4 break ins in our apartment building, 3 water leaks. Rent goes up $100 a year but they do NOTHING inside. Don't move here, you'll regret it.
Worst place ever, no parking, trash everywhere, management is a joke. Can't call the office because they won't answer if they have a potential sucker in the office. The people around you have no respect for others, the elevators Half the time they don't work and the maintenance guys roflmfao and very old carpets old appliances these things have to be antiques the carpenter so wore out that you step on tack strips walking around in the place the hallways in front of the buildings are disgusting the kitchens are small and outdated you can enjoy anytime on your back patio because of everybody that smokes around you the bugs and the fleas are unbelievable and there bug guy leaves a little bit to be desired falling all I get park at Murano and -5 Stars
Lived here for a year and a half the customer service is horrible they never answer the phone and they are so un-organized. do not recommend the place to anyone
Don’t know where to start. Not renewing lease. You pay way too much for what you get. You can go down the road to a safer neighborhood & pay the same thing & get more. All the appliances are way outdated. Bring your own microwave. No washer/dryer or hookups in units, so you have to take your laundry down to the old “laundry centers”. Make sure you really inspect your unit, mind had leaks in the walls & they do nothing to fix them & blame it on you. Maintenance takes forever to fix things unless it’s affecting another apartment, & to get anyone at the office to get back to you, you have to call them a lot. Everyone except Lauren, the manager, needs a better understanding of customer service. People in the complex are sketchy & especially a group on the 2nd floor, trying to break into people’s cars. Everyone smokes weed outside & in their apartments & it smells up the whole place even with children around. Also nowhere to park. Cops drive through but only because of the people living here.
After living here for 3 years, paying our rent on-time, and understanding the change of ownership halfway through, we WILL NOT renew another lease here. IN FACT! after our apartment flooded twice in one week, we had pretty much made up our mind. the one flood was a hot water tank issue, the other was structural damage the management knew about for over a year. We had let them know that a massive puddle gathered at the corner of our lanai every time it rains because of the gutters being clogged. Within weeks, every time it rains, our master bedroom would get wet, sometimes as far as 5 feet from the corner. They claimed they "needed to find our where the water came from"?! THIS IS EARTH! the rain falls from the sky, it forms a puddle, it either evaporates or soaks into the ground..my son in 2nd grade knows that. After having 8 industrial fans and a 4foot tall dehumidifier in our HOME for 7DAYS, we are not being compensated in ANY way, shape, or form. Now, we are filing a complain with the BBB as well as taking legal action. The baseboard are still missing on over 10 walls, and a door is still off its hinges, and its been OVER TWO WEEKS. Needless to say, my suggestion is to spend your hard earned money with people who will treat you and your family with resect and dignity.
Parking is lousy here. You have to go to the opposite end of the complex to empty your trash kitchen and appliances are old and small. Gotten very expensive.
The new management has updated the outside features and asthetics. However, the inside of most apartments need alot of work. Such as new appliances, AC and flooring. Unfortunately they like to raise rent to cover the cost of the few improvements they did.
Hello email them several times and no email back. Didn't bother anymore
