Westchase is largely known as a business district, and many of the local residents are corporate professionals seeking to avoid the long, traffic-laden commutes that Houston is known for. The community is home to numerous office buildings, with a popular shopping area along Westheimer Road and several medical centers and schools in the mix as well. The rental market includes a variety of property styles, from swanky country club homes to modest efficiency apartments, catering to the needs of the diverse local workforce.
Golf courses and large public parks around Westchase are popular among locals seeking time outdoors, particularly the trails around Arthur Storey Park. Houston’s Chinatown is nearby, and Asian cultural influences contribute to a unique environment. Downtown Houston is only a short drive to the east, and the sprawling George Bush Park is just a quick hop away as well.

Property Ratings at The Park at Pisa
Stopped by to get pricing. Connie was very friendly and took her time to answer all my questions. She made me feel at ease. It's difficult to find an apartment complex that is both affordable with great staff and service.
Property Manager at The Park at Pisa, Responded To This Review
Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful five-star review! We strive to provide our guests with helpful, welcoming service, and it's great to hear you had such an enjoyable experience during your visit. We appreciate your kind feedback, and we look forward to answering any questions you may have in the future. Have a nice day!
Since I moved, my apartment is full of cockroaches, I have spent more than 150 dollars on products trying to get as many cockroaches as possible. They take the cars very easily, every day. I have only one car with a temporary license plate and they have taken it to me several times because they can't give me a sticker. I'm paying more than 120 dollars for water as if I had a soccer team living in my apartment. The worst apartment experience I've ever had here. I just want my contract year to end.
The Mrs. Monica, who is in charge of the office, does not return the security deposit, it is clear that they have a great business with the security deposits of the tenants, despite the fact that the apartment was delivered in the same conditions in which it was rented, because this lady keeps people's security deposit
Maintenance is horrible and only bandaids bigger problem. The roofs leek, black mold in the walls and ac vents, cockroaches everywhere. Dated appliances, trash everywhere. Gunshots nightly or some sort of violence every other night that involves police The price is nice but the photos do not reflect how subpar these apartments are. I’ve lived here 2 years too long and can’t wait to move out.
The Apartment Staff is not customer service ready!! They do not fix anything they do patch work!! They women in the office are very rude!!! I do not recommend you live here!! Nothing changed but the name on the front of the building
Honestly I was not a good tenant I was late on the rent several times due to domestic issues at home and they always made sure I was okay always worked with me on the rent no matter what . Then eventually I needed to move they worked out my lease with me , of course I had to pay but NO EVICTION . Great staff & complex
I’ve been living at Wyndham since 2006. The people that work at the office are the most caring individuals. I live by myself and recently had a stroke in my apartment the leasing people always check up on me and if it wasn’t for them I would of died. They have a heart of gold and always friendly. Sandra is one of a kind there’s not very manager left like her.
I've been a resident here for several years and the office staff now has been one of the most caring people and not to mention the improvements they are continually doing in our community. They go above and beyond there duties and always greet you with a smile. The maintenance guy Junior is always ready to help you. I was going to move out a few months ago but since all this changes my lease will be renewed once it expires in July. Thank you Wyndham office for your positive attitude.
Great place and staff. Norma answered all my questions and is very professional, love the location.Westheimer Rd around the corner is very convenient to do most of my shopping. ??
Office staff is amazing, only reason I would consider this place, is because I trust I would be in good hands????
I went to look at an apartment and the two ladies there were very helpful and pleasant. They took me on a virtual tour and Norma walked the area of my possible new Home. I will be coming back to them once I’m ready to move in as I don’t need it till June. Let’s no leave out the location is amazing. Thank you Wyndham
Great layout for the price and super friendly office staff. A great place to live - quiet, convenient and high quality apartments.
I am not a tenant but have colleague that live here and have witnessed the poor quality of this apartment property. would not recommend this place to live in. Houston maybe going through a crisis but there are mush better affordable places to live. Do it for your health and find you a better place to live.
These apartments are Nasty. Management is horrible. Maintenance is very very poor they also steal from your home. These apartments are roach infested and have bed bugs.Their is mold embedded into the walls.Manager is lazy and a compulsive liar . My car was broken into and stolen with security guard on duty parked in his red truck next to my car! The ceiling is caving in and there are wide off cracks through out the apartments that allow big wood roaches from outside to get in.Roaches craw out of the water faucet and drains. I paid For A exterminator out of my own pocket ! DO NOT LIVE HERE !
IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE NO STARS I WOULD CHOOSE THAT!!!! WHERE DO I START??? HMMMMMM I MOVED IN 6/6/17 AND STILL DO NOT HAVE MAILBOX KEYS. 6/8/17, I REPORTED MANY ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED AND THEY GOT FIXED 6/27/17!!! PATRICIA IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS ON FACEBOOK THE WHOLE TIME WHILE DOING A WALK TROUGH WITH ME. WHEN WE GOT BACK TO HER OFFICE SHE PROCEEDED TO GET ON FACEBOOK ON HER COMPUTER WHILE I WAS SIGNING PAPERWORK. I CALLED ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I MOVED IN AND INFORMED PATRICIA THE ISSUES WAS NOT FIXED. SHE INTERRUPTED ME AND SAID "YOU DID NO REPORT ANYTHING, BECAUSE I DO NOT SEE IT" I CONTINUED TO SPEAK ABOUT THE ISSUES. SHE INTERRUPTED ME AGAIN AND STATED "IF YOU BE QUEIT AND LISTEN, THEN YOU WILL HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING." THE NEXT TIME I CALLED PATRICIA ASKED "MAY I ASK WHO IS SPEAKING?" I ANSWERED AND SHE CONTINUED TO ASK THREE TIMES WHO IS SHE SPEAKING TO. I THEN SAID "MA'AM LOOK AT THE CALLER IDENTIFICATION" SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE THE WATER IN MY TUB WAS OFF 6/14/17-6/23/17, I CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND CORPORATE SEVERAL TIMES. I WAS NOT CONTACTED UNTIL 6/19/17 FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER. WHEN MAINTENANCE FINALLY FIXED THE TUB, THEY LEFT THE RESTROOM COMPLETELY TRASHED AND LEFT MY SHOWER CURTAIN IN THE LIVING ROOM. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EXCEL RESIDENTIAL AGAIN!!!
Every negative review is correct. Let's see security gates not working. Check. Potholes and bad parking at night. Check. Problems with AC in the summer. Check. I stayed here for 2 years. They tried to raise the rent by $100 as they asked me to sign another lease in 2016. They did nothing to justify how they could increase the rent by that much. I had a hole in my ceiling from roof damage for 3 months. They sent a couple of maintenance people out after I first complained, but they only patched up the hole and then painted it. The next rainstorm of course only re-opened that area. What a joke. The only positive thing I can say is that it is a good location. That's all you will get from me.
A very spacious apartments, with a great view, near to shopping center, is peaceful and the best thing is its people at the leasing office, manager Aisha, secretary Janet, and Patty the money girl make you feel welcome all the time. I have been living here for 3 years, and I personally recommend this apartments.
So.... you get what you pay for but this place is STILL over priced. Cons: I scheduled move in for a specific date. I called to confirm TWICE. I show up with my cat and dog in the car, desperately trying to keep them cool on a 108 degree day and after three days of driving. Guess what, not ready. After I had words with the complex, the agreed to replace all the carpet in my unit and have it ready within 24 hours and would discount the first few days rent. The repairs are not done correctly or completely. I had a LONG list of problems when I moved in. They did a couple things pretty quickly but I had to use a razor blade to scrape the paint off my electric burners, the master shower still doesn't have hot water, the put some band aids on several things and one was made worse. My front door being difficult to lock has turned into my front door not latching and falling open if I don't lock it. They have obviously painted over black mold in both bathrooms. They PAINTED all the tile in both bathrooms so that's slowly coming off and clogging the drains, which are painted over so you can' t unclog them. They ignored my several mentions of leaks and serious water damage causing massive wood damage and visible wood rot. The pools weren't usable for the first two months I lived here. Then only one of them was and it still wasn't cleaned often enough. I also came from Colorado, where we don't have bed bugs or roaches, so I know I didn't bring any with me. The carpet replacement has kept the bed bugs away but the building is so old and so poorly maintained, the roaches just let themselves in. They aren't taking over but I find a dead one at least once/day and a live one at least once/week despite my traps, bait and general cleanliness. The parking lot is in really poor condition and the main gate is for incoming traffic only. This means, for someone like me, living on the side of the complex near the leasing office, I can enter near my apartment but I have to drive through the entire pot hole ridden parking lot to get out. Every. Singe. Time. I drive and SUV and it's bad. I feel bad for anyone who drives a sedan. Overall, I will live here for a total of 4 months before breaking my 6 month lease. Pros: The layout is great. Decent sized kitchen (if your appliances work). Lots of access to good food and shopping.
I'm moving. Its not as kept up as it was when I moved in. Management is ok. Asia came back so that's a good thing but this place has turned dirty and the gates breaks down alot. Maintenance speaks very little English so when he says its fix its not really fixed. I just want to move to a more secure and nicer complex.
I didn't get a friendly welcome when entering apartment community from staff
YOU WILL REGRET RENTING FROM THIS PLACE -- DON'T DO IT! managment is horrible, they change over more than a new born baby's dirty diaper. roaches, roaches and more roaches. security is a joke, gates are constantly broken. Regretted moving in the first day. unit smelled like 20 years of stale smoke, the walls and rugs and my clothes stunk--and i don't smoke! forget getting something repaired. Management is a joke, they lie constantly and have no clue how to be professional or courteous. trust me, you would rather sleep on a park bench than live here. RUN FAST, RUN FAR!
This palace is a dump! I lived here for only 4 months I already want to move! Thank goodness I only signed a 6 month lease. My air conditioning has not been properly working since I moved in. Right now it doesn't even turn on. Maintenance hadn't been by yet and it takes them forever to complete a work order and I am not even sure they know what they are doing in the first place. Parking sucks you can never find a place to park after 9, the gates are always broke. I wouldn't swim in the pools here, trash is always overflowing and it's disgusting. The leasing office no longer accepts packages. The parking lot has a lot of potholes that will ruin your car. When I moved in the apartment was dirty. The counter tops and paint flake off when you clean.
A nice complex off westhimer, that is by any food place of your choice. Two pools with a weight room. Rooms are very spacious in my three bedroom apartment. Nice view outside of patio. Over night security patrolling complex. Only negative on complex is parking at night is hard to find and the conditions of parking lot in complex.
The worst experience I ever had renting, this place is a dump! Although, you could find furniture, like king size mattress, couch and holes in the drive ways that will damage your car. It"s been a nightmare from the start, how do I start?(1)The so called security gates have been broken all 4-months I lived here, they keep making excuses of why its not fixed yet.(2)They gave me a bunch of keys upon moving in, don't need any of them, since all door locks are broken, except for the one to my door. (3)It took them three months to get me a mail box key that works and in the process my electricity was disconnected for missing to pay my bill for the first two months, yes you guessed it, the bill was in the mail box that I was unable to get into. (4)Apartment was all dirty on move-in day, but had a loaded truck out side so had to accept. Two months I had to share the place with the community army of roaches. I now have taken over the apartment from them, Lol I told the roaches, since I pay the rent I'm stay. (5)Final reason why you need to run and avoid this place as I will in two months, I put in an order to get the kitchen sink fixed, it only took 14 days to do this! I hope this helps you avoid this place.
I live here because i don't have more . Bad service to the costumers and you will never find parking after 9:00 p.m
I have lived here a year and because I live so close I will be re signing a new year lease within weeks. With that being said there are flaws to the complex; no external security cameras, older apartments ( some remodeled) repairs are done to fix temporarily however new appliances and spacious apartments. Overall I am conentent with the apartments but only because it's the best square feet per price I could find I'm the area as I work near by.
