Property Ratings at The Park at Positano
Been here for the past 3 years and I am so happy I moved here! It’s quiet, clean, and well kept inside and out.The management Here is friendly, caring, and very much helpful, every time I walk in the office I am greeted with beautiful smiles. If you’re looking for a great affordable place to dwell, you should definitely check them out!
Do not rent here I could write a book on all the things wrong with this place. Spending over 3g replacing 2 tvs and a home theater system was a Nightmare. Rental insurance you pay only covers the complexes things not yours
I was infested before I moved in. put 10 bombs before move in. I had them the entire year I was there. apartment always had a mold smell no matter what. cops are always there. right behind the super 8 where drug deals and prostitution are. I couldn't wait for my lease to be up. looks great but it isn't and didn't feel safe
if it’s the only place you can afford. Not a safe place if you have children.
Is how pez full is in my neighborhood and no one bother you and no noises I love the pool and the computer area And most of all the nice pond thay have
My girlfriend and I have lived here for about 3 weeks now and we love it. The office girls are very friendly and polite always smiling, the maintenance guys take time to say hi and a quick chat John and Blaine are great. Blaine deffo work hard to clean the grounds here. Looks nothing like it did when we looked at it in april. Glad to be here it's such a cool place beyond explanation it's a see it yourself thing.
This has got to be by far the worst place I’ve ever rented everything breaks office don’t care at first when you come into the apartment it looks fine then after time things will just start to fall of went your leaving they steal ur deposit from those broken thing that you got to office for place is over price there’s prostitution and people smoking and selling drugs all over put management don’t care. Prices jack up big time good luck living here
It is gated but the gate doesn't work so all of the Riff Raff, comes from other places, to use the pool and the gym! I have complained about it but it falls on deaf ears! As soon as my lease is up, I will be out
We were not able to see our apartment until move in, we were shown a model apartment. It all looked beautiful, the grounds, the pond and fitness area (the pool was closed). The application process was ok, but took 3 weeks and I ended up getting written up at my job from all the calls and requests for employment verifications they requested, even though my husband earned more than enough to qualify. We were given the keys and the apartment was filthy, Roaches everywhere, little roaches, big roaches and spiders. The bathroom and kitchen had been wiped down but that was it. The AC unit is malfunctioning, which I reported, only to be told it's functioning (one room cools to set temp but bedrooms do not get enough flow to make a difference). This effects my electric bills where we are paying close to if not over $200/mo. We were told no commercial vehicles are allowed to park in the community, but that is never enforced and there is barely any parking available. They do have one dog area, but it is full of fleas and ticks and people do not clean up after their dogs. The property roadways flood severely because the sewer drains are clogged so any little rain that falls gives you a flood and a huge mosquito problem. The girls in the office are polite but could care less about any issues you have, they are only concerned with collecting rent. The maintenance man Mike is just inept at his position and gives a hundred excuses as to not fix anything. We've been here a couple of months and already counting the months to move out. I would not recommend this community to anyone, there's just too many basics things that need be fixed or updated and their nonchalant attitude about it lets you know it is never going to happen.
This is the same review I left on their Google Business listing. I don't have a grudge with them but I feel a moral obligation to let others know of what I went through. And to clarify--I have since left the apartment after the dispute has been settled. Here is the review: Although my dispute with The Park at Positano about fleas in my "new" apartment has been settled (although for practical reasons I was forced to abandon a brand new bed that had gotten delivered prior to my knowing that the place was infested with fleas), I think I should offer a public service announcement to everyone. 3 days after I signed the lease, I found fleas in the bedroom carpet while vacuuming. And mind you, at that point, I have not even moved in all of my things, not my clothes and no bed yet. I was bitten before the fumigation and after the fumigation by fleas. Obviously the fleas have infested that particular building my apt was in. I do not have nor have I ever owned pets, but of course this is a pet-friendly community so the fleas most likely came from other tenants' pets. The staff at the welcoming center are very nice and I really don't think they intentionally put me in a flea infested apartment, but regardless, you are now warned. The place contains an artificial lake, a pool, and lots of shrubbery. I literally have no idea why it is filled with so many bugs because they have a full staff to take care of these things, supposedly. Yes, it's South Florida but jeez, even when you're outside, it seems like every two feet you walk you could be stepping on an ant tribe, fleas, ants, centipedes, etc.
The office girls show you the beautiful model and your not allowed to see your own apartment till the day of move in.I was assured that the Apartment was nice like the model. NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!This is a slum place with bugs. They are not in good shape for the rent you pay.The place was filthy when I got the keys but had no choice but to move here because I had to be out of my other house.I would recommending look again before renting here.
I live in the smaller one bedroom and it is perfect for me and my 2 dogs. The one thing that the apartment doesn't have is a washer and dryer, but the complex has a laundry facility on site. The grounds are well kept. Sometimes if i come home late there isn't any parking on my end, and i have to do some walking so that's a downfall. Anytime that i have needed anything fixed it's been fixed. I would say that my only true complaint would be the price the price has dramatically gone up, i definitely do not feel like the current going rate is appropriate for the size of the apartment and the location. It's almost astronomical for what you're really getting, and no utilities are included.
Just moved in my credit wasn't approved but the staff was helpful on making things work out. I love my new apartment it has everything that I want and need and isn't far from shops
I have lived here almost a year and love everything about it! The apartments are beautiful, people are amazing, and the pool is a huge plus! We have a tiki bar and gorgeous palm trees surrounding the property! Definitely a place to look into!
I've lived in a studio apartment here for about 6 months. They've done tons of upgrades with the exceptions of appliances. The location is very convenient but the car dealership across the street is quite loud and it's very difficult to get in and out of the complex with the traffic at peak hours. The sprinklers go on at odd times and flood the walkways. They've improved the landscaping but in my opinion should have put the money towards new appliances, because mine look decades old. Maintenance is quick to respond even with non-emergencies. If they raise my rent at all when my lease is up without updating my appliances, I will be moving. The price is won't be worth it; that's who old they are.
The price is right. The neighbor is quiet and area is simply landscaped with upgrades to come.
