Roach motel. Overflowing trash. Drug smell. Poor maintenance. Poor management. Roaches on walls. Roaches in clothing. We use chemicals ourselves to kill them. They’re still everywhere. Plumbing damages. You are warned.
This is the worst place I ever lived!!! Once you sign the lease papers, you are in for a downward spiral. Crime, Garbage everywhere in the streets. Constant water leaks and mold consistently throughout the apartment. Every day was a little worse from the one before. You will beg for them to fix things and it will not get done. Save yourself and RUN far away from here!!
They are liars!!!! This place constantly floods and has mold everywhere!! Maintenance takes forever to fix anything and they simple don't care. It's overpriced and not all units come with washer, dryer and no microwave. It's absolutely unacceptable. Code enforcement stays at this place, and they have zero good reviews!!! Times are too hard, and this place is a waste of money.
Trash piles up daily and attracts animals, maintenance takes forever to respond to requests (if they respond at all), our unit still has appliances from what looks like the 60's, and one time literal poop water was flowing through the parking lots for days. Do not recommend.

I wish I could show you the pictures of this place, not just the issues in my "newly renovated" apartment that was ready for me 2 weeks after I was to move in, but the grounds, landscaping and the trash everywhere. Management sends out emails multiple times a week telling us they are shutting off the water for some maintenance issue. You have to drive around full bags of trash on the roads. I could go on about the maintenance team that ignores maintenance requests until their system just makes the tickets disappear, I have 10 or so of those, 4 for a dishwasher that never worked in the year I lived there. Hand washing dishes isn't an issue, but when I pay for a working dishwasher, it is.
All the 5 reviews are fake or paid for. This is the worse place. The leasing office is awful, Management don't care. Please don't move here and if you do you have no one to blame but yourself because you were warned
This place does not have a stable management team. There is always a new property manager and still, the managers never resolve mold growths in my apartment. This is not a safe living environment and I would never recommend that anyone live here.
Worst complex I have ever lived in! Property manager Amy is the rude and unprofessional. Nothing good can come! A lot of money and everything is crap and breaks but you’ll have to wait months for it to be fixed
This apartment complexes is horrible. when we first came to look at the apartments everything was gorgeous. now when I went to move in on the first day, they had shown me a different apartment that I was getting and the one that they gave me was much smaller then the one that showed me. so we go to move in our stuff and they tell us to get to check the apartment. that means we have to write down what we see that they could possibly fix or you know things that we can say that were there on the initial day that wouldn't affect our security deposit when we go to move out. however the apartment was disgusting! there was mold in the toilet there was mold in the air vents there was just so many things that were wrong with his apartment. when we ask for a new apartment they told us no, but did tell us that they would fix the things that were wrong. they did no such thing. then it came to termites and ants no matter how many times they had Pest Control come in to the apartment. also the pest control company came in and unplugged our security cameras so we couldn't see what they were doing. we have tried several times to get out of her lease but they will not allow us to. despite all of the problems we've had and there are blameless disregard for the well-being of their tenants. please do not move here. I have also noticed that any apartment that is run by this management company that has park at in the name has all of the same issues so do not move to any of them.
When they tell you they have ample parking, make sure you ask about the actual street you will be living on. I end up parking up to 5 buildings away from my apartment, this does not qualify for "Ample" parking in my book. If the kitchen floor did not have a good laminate floor cover, you would actually fall through the floor since there are several spots that are so soft, you can feel the rotting sub-floor trying to give way under your feet. For the other parts of the floor covered by Carpet, you can tell where 2 pieces of flooring come together, since 1 corner of the floor is warped and sticking up. The dishwasher is mostly useless. I have actually rigged the door on the unit so that I can open it and look inside while it is running. you would think it would be spraying water so fast that the kitchen would be flooded. Well I was amazed that it was not even emitting enough water to have the center valve that washes the top shelf items to fully deploy. The refrigerator has had the drip pan removed, so if you have a few cool days, the condensation from the unit drips and runs on the floor. I swear the people in the unit next to me are gymnast, since I can tell when they jump on the floor. I actually thought they were right behind me the first time.
I've lived at this property for a little over a year. I moved in with a friend who was living here and visited her many times before I agreed to move in. I felt confident with the property and management. She ended up moving away for further schooling and I renewed the lease. Everything was fine, until it wasn't. Things around the property started to slowly take a turn south. Roads with potholes were filled in with cement and then the sprinklers would turn on and wash it away. I have a forest view and the trees came down over the fence. Hornets nests took up residence everywhere. I was told, "Well, this is Florida, there's not much we can really do" I will say they are sure to keep the FRONT of the property looking fairly nice, the further back you get, the less they care. There is no parking. Even the Bikes park 3 to a spot. People park on the grass and in spots that don't really exist, risking tickets, just because there is no where else. The staff is mostly friendly, but do little to solve your problem when it occurs. There's a "care team" which hosts little events throughout the year, and that's nice. I wanted to give this warning that when they are good, they are great, but watch out for that down-swing.
