Walnut Ridge is a small neighborhood about four miles north of Downtown Frederick. This wooded neighborhood is nestled between two parks providing residents with lush areas to play sports or jog. The area’s namesake park is a popular sport for youth soccer games while the park on the northern end has a public pool. Along with moderately priced rentals, renters are attracted to Walnut Ridge’s strong sense of community. So far so good. I love the experience of owning a home without all the overhead such as lawn care, repairs, etc. Plus it is an opportunity to prepare for my own by being responsible for utilities and an eye for property care. We are in a community, near the mountains, have to convenience of a grocery store, drug store, gas station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Jamaican Food, Vietnamese Food, Chinese Food, Mexican Food, Italian Food, Pizza along with a Hair Salon, Barber Shop, Loc Shop, etc., within walking distance. Easy access to 15 South and North and I am 10 minutes away from work.
So happy I moved in here. The employees are very professional. Also there to answer questions. Very friendly. They keep the property looking top notch. They have a resident for life

Everything at the park met my needs it has security and a elevator since I'm on the fourth floor and it's very quiet and I'm only ten minutes from work and there's restaurants grocery stor and gas station just minutes away it's a great place to live
I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management
The Townhomes are nice and very modern although there are variances in model completeness it gives the sense of owning. Would be awesome if leasing could lead to purchasing at the end of lease term or the builder would complete unfinished areas for those completing a lease term and wanting a new lease.

Another highlight is its convenient location, close to shopping centers. Overall, my experience at The Park at Walnut Ridge has been nothing short of exceptional.

I came here last november and I really loves it everyone here are polite and friendly it has nice walking paths and a great swimming pool and the management will help you in anyway they can its just great to live here
The management is eager to help and maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. You definitely get what you pay for considering the cost of living in the Frederick area. It feels very safe and secure as well.
The maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful and if I have questions there they always answer them
The apartment is good for temporary lodging but the rent is never the same. Each month you are charged with a few extra dollars attached to your monthly rent payments. For someone who is on a fixed budget, they must choose between eating or having a roof over their head every month.
Everything about this place has been great from the staff all the way down to how clean the community is kept. It is a real family friendly community

The Park at Walnut Ridge has a beautiful landscape, a walking path in the woods, a dog park, elevators, safety in the community, excess parking, friendly people, very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, quiet, have washer and dryer in the unit. It's great, I work from home, so I have to love where I live (essentially here 24 hours M-F), and I love my apartment here.
We like living here and have been here going on 8 years. We like being within 5 minutes of several family members as we and they have been going through some difficult times and benefit by living close to each other.

Stayed here for 2 years, loved my apartment, lots of privacy and in great condition. Maintenance was quick with my requests and staff were friendly. My room was reasonably priced, the prices have gone up since moving out. I didn’t like the neighbors as many were kindof uncomfortable to be around, some sketchy behaviors and I didn’t feel safe bringing my dog into the dog park with other dogs. Nice walking trails and park nearby. Walking distance to the grocery store. Sometimes my mail got stolen or misplaced though.
We lived at the apartments for a year and for it being our first apartment it was amazing! Rafael and Keisha were always so kind and amazing to have in the leasing office. They do many events like pool parties and afternoon socials for the residence with food and drinks which was always fun to not just socialize with the residence but with the staff as well. Our Maintenance men were the best as well! They always fixed everything right away and i always loved have conversation when we saw each other.
New resident to the Parkridge Community reception and service has been excellent
