Staff is rude and act like school kids. They do not repair anything what so ever. Spend you hard earned money at a place that is truly worth it. Customer service does not live here. Look for a place that actually cares about it's property and residents. They are out there we just have to look a little harder.

?? there are giant river rats that come from the adjacent ponds to forage the dumpsters, noise from I-45 and the parking Garage for the movie theater dave and busters is crazy the teenagers rev their engines and burn rubber after midnight since its a concrete roof the sound is amplified to top things the shity investment corporation that just bought it are raising the prices with zero improvements they will tow your car for any little reason .

New management took over and when it was time to renew the prices skyrocketed and to almost 600 dollars more. The only way I found out was when my contract was up and I went to renewed. Many people began moving afterwards and then management keep denying the new apartment I was to move with the form they needed to filled. When I called the new management why it was taking too long they kept telling they would have a meeting "Monday" with new prices and so on. Mind you this was the second time they were changing prices, and of course they told me I had to pay an extra month because I didn't give a 60 days notice which I couldn't have because they never said prices were going to skyrocket. Not only that, people who wanted to renew needed to do ANOTHER application and pay fees and so on. It used to be a great place but people do not go near this apartment complex if you value your money and piece of mind. If I could give them less than a star I would.

Absolutely love this complex and the staff. Only small downside is I wish pet owners would pick up after their dogs.
