Nice apartment layouts but it is a nightclub
The apartments used to be a lovely place to live. In the past couple of months, it has become increasingly disruptive. LOUD MUSIC - all times of day, smoking in a nonsmoking building in the residential areas, and the management hasn't enforced the rules of the building. It's unfortunate that the building is suffering in this way. The music per sent out by management should be used with headphones in communal places and they do nothing about it. At all.

I have lived at the Parker on two separate occasions, for a total of four years. It was originally managed by Bozzuto but, this year changed management to Brookfield. The management change was for the better. Brookfield has made several enhancements which have only made staying at the Parker better. The management is extremely understanding and willing to assist however possible. I love the one-bedroom apartment layouts they offer. The luxury feel of the open floor concept with wood flooring, makes the apartment feel like a home. Lastly, I love the price in terms of quality and location - right across from the metro and near 495 and Old Town.
