Runnnnn, I cannot wait to leave this place! Management is terrible, neighborhood is so bad.
f there was a zero rating I would have choosen it. Save yourself from a painful experience and find another complex. My daughter moved in to go to school and out 3 weeks later. Her apartment was cockroach invested and they did nothing. We went to the office the first day and they said extermination would be done right away and it did not happen. They said they would move her to another apartment and the day before backed out and said she would take the roaches with her, so they said she would have to remain there with they did repeated scheduled exterminations over time (there were big ones and babies everwhere). This would have been bad for her health as well as you can't have anything in the cabinets during extermination, so she really would not be able to live there.I would have been less upset if they acted like they cared, but there was no apology, no remorse, not even shock that this was happening, the staff acted as if this was normal.Totally stone faced. The office people look you in the eye, promise and smile and then lie and do nothing. They are inexperienced and simply don't seem to care. There is trash all over the grounds , the dumpsters are overflowing and the vents and air filters in the apartment were filthy. .

Moved here in mid October and regret it. As other reviews have stated the parking lot is littered with trash and the valet trash that is included in the rent every month never comes. In addition the exterior and hallway light in our building doesn’t work so it’s completely dark surrounding the building which makes it very unsafe. We moved in and our dryer wasn’t even working and have placed multiple requests to get it fixed but have not heard a thing (but they mark it as complete?). Horrible experience so far and management doesn’t care about its residents.

I do not recommend The Parker. This place is a safety hazard. I have tripped countless times over the broken sidewalks and even stepped in poo because it's everywhere.

Hi! We do make sure to let everyone know we are an active construction site, but do also encourge residents to let us know when construction items are needing to be addressed, as our current construction team is very assitive. For the pet waste, we have placed pet waste stations between each of our courtyards, to encourage proper disposal, but also increased our onsite staff pickups to assist with the issue. Management does a poor job of maintaining the premises. The grounds are littered with trash and there is a dumpster overflowing with trash in the middle of the parking lot. There is supposed to be a valet trash service, however our trash never gets picked up. The pedestrian gate remains broken, and the package room door gets stuck so oftentimes I cannot retrieve my packages. The sidewalks are barely walkable because of the ongoing construction and people leave obscene messages and images in the wet cement. This apartment community is less than six months old yet it feels like it's already falling apart. If I knew what I know now, I would not have chosen The Parker.
