The Parker (Houston)

As a renter, you deserve a property that reflects your quality and standards. The Parker is the ideal choice! Safety, convenient interstate access, a modern aesthetic, and dependable staff and management are often difficult to find in a single community. The Parker exceeds this expectation! For a mobile healthcare worker like myself, I am often out of town and working long hours locally. It was paramount for me to find an attractive property well-maintained by both residents and staff; knowledgeable and accommodating property management; and a peaceful, safe, serene living space. The Parker checked all the boxes! The unit interiors literally had every feature of my previous 3K sq/ft. rental home condensed and beautifully packaged. The management team’s prompt attention to every matter, big or small, is impeccable. They are the standout feature, embodying the excellence expected from a boutique establishment. Rachel and her team do not disappoint! I was thoroughly satisfied with my time at the Parker.

I love my new home. Moneicia is an angel and guided me from beginning to end.

Pretty building and amenities but lacks in thoughtful design in the apartments. There is no noise control, you can hear your upstairs neighbors, your next door neighbors, and all the noises in the halls

I've been living here for a month. Touring the property seemed nice, but there's been issues since. 1. Staff hardly responds to emails or answer phone calls. 2. My washer and dryer doesn't work and has yet to be fixed even after constant communication to management. 3. Kitchen sink doesn't have water pressure and has yet to be fixed. 4. Noisy neighbors still noisy also after asking to bring down noise. I wouldn't move here again.

Helped my friend's daughter look for a place in Houston. The Parker is brand new and is gorgeous. The staffs are helpful in addressing all her questions, and made the process extremely easy. I am sure she will be happy with the move. Highly recommend.

The Parker is a great place to live with fantastic pricing and great floor plan options. The dog friendly community offers easy access to the newly expanding Memorial Park and Bayou Parks. With all of the on site amenities from the gym, two pools, dog spa, and lobby lounge the Parker has everything you could need to call home home!

I knew I wanted to live somewhere close to Memorial Park, this was only the second place I looked at but the staff took such good care of me I signed immediately after the tour! They were so nice and welcoming I knew this place is going to be well managed. Finally all moved in and my apartment is so spacious and nice! Can't wait to take advantage of all the amenities in shared spaces. Definitely my favorite apartment I've lived in.

The management is horrible. I don't recommend Graystar as a management company.

In love with my apartment! I moved in beginning of summer and was only anticipating signing one year. I will definitely be resigning! The amenities are amazing and all shared spaces are so clean. Everything has run so smoothly with any maintenance/management which I have never experienced.

Make sure you ask for Karla as your touring agent if you are interested in leasing here! She really does go above in beyond and genuinely helps you find the perfect home for you. I toured several other communities and did not feel welcomed. The staff had no interest in helping me and made me feel as though I was a bother. Karla is super inviting and welcoming as well as the rest of the staff

The place is so well kept & maintained. I'm waiting for my lease to expire so I can more here too.

Recently moved in and love it. Jody, the manager was incredibly accommodating. When I was driving into town to pick up my keys for moving in, I was going to be a few minutes past closing. She stayed and got me taken care of. The first week, I did have a small issue with a spot on the carpet (it may have been from my move) but she had maintenance come take care if it right away. Love this place.

The Parker staff has been nothing but professional and very easy to approach. When moving in to our unit they made accommodations for us to use the freight elevator and service entrance quickly and on short notice to make our move-in simple and quick. The resident portal is a great tool they have to communicate with management and interact with the building. I think this place is going to be a great choice for anyone looking to live in the loop by the parks!

This place is gorgeous! amazing location and amenities! I come visit my friends here often and cannot wait to apply and move in once my lease is over at my current place, Karla is always so helpful and the staff is very kind!

I have lived at The Parker for six months and I couldn't be happier with not only my apartment, but the location and the amenities. The staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel that I am always comfortable. The big selling point for me is the electric car charging stations and the amazing salt water pools.....the apartments are literally nicer and have higher end finishes than most of the more expensive high rises that I toured before I made my decision to live here and call The Parker home!

I toured over 15 properties and The Parker was by far the best property for the value. I signed my lease recently and couldn’t be happier with my decision! Excellent customer care and the property is brand new which is very appealing to me because I will be the first to live in my unit.

My review of the property after living here for almost 6 months. Poorly constructed. Horrible Management. The leasing agent does the best she can. The manager and assistant manger, have a huge attitude. Not sure why. There are no computers in the business center. They charge you for valet trash. We don't have valet trash. So many ridiculous administrative fees. Yet, horrible administrators. Im out when lease is up.

I could not be happier with my decision to live at The Parker. The staff is amazing, the amenities are gorgeous, and its a super safe building. Plus the apartments are great quality! Love it here!

Beautiful modern units in a great location!

I toured several buildings, both mid-rise and highrise. The Parker has great floor plans, amenities and the finishes in the unit are very nice. Also, the common areas are well thought out and nicely done. The rental rates are a great value considering the location, amenities and overall quality and niceness of the building. Love the fourth floor with the 12' ceilings and the three balconies attached to my unit. The staff has been great and I'd like to give special thanks to Karla and Monecia. Both have been very helpful, responsive and professional. I'd definitely recommend The Parker if you are looking for your next place.
