The Parker

The Parker changed ownership this past year and are impossible to deal with. They don't answer the phones. My daughter transferred in January and they never helped to relet the apartment. She signed an extension early in the year because she thought she had to and they didn't inform me, the guarantor. They know an adult would have said to wait on the relet, that there is no reason to do it so early. Now she is stuck for next year and they won't advertise or help her find someone to relet her apartment until all of theirs are sold. This place takes advantage of students and have zero customer service or compassion.

The Parker Tucson has blown away my expectations of student apartments around UofA. I was very impressed with all of their amenities they have to offer, especially their rooftop, its by far the nicest out of the student apartments. When I went in to tour Parker was the best! He was able to answer all of my questions and even gave me some merch at the end of the tour.

BEST tour guide! She was so sweet, professional,knowledgeable, and so patient. The property is amazing, great spaces, courtyards and rooftop pool. Can’t wait to move in! Peyton has a great working knowledge of the contractual process. She made everything very easy to understand and did an excellent job of answering our questions.

The staff has been very helpful and professional and honest through out this whole process. They are well informed and have a great management. The facilities are well kept and maintained. 100% recommend.

Wow, this place seems totally awesome. Olivia, the tour guide, did a really great job showing us around. She made the apartments we toured seem like great places to live and was very knowledgeable about all of the questions we asked. Olivia’s tour definitely has made name strongly consider signing at the Parker. If our third roommate would have been able to come out I think we probably would have signed on the spot. The whole apartment seemed very nice and had great amenities and was very clean and put together. Of all the places we toured this is the front runner. Also Parker at the front desk was very friendly when we came in and was a great welcoming face to have greet us at the door.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities! It's very clean and smells nice inside. The workers are very friendly and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to others! Little pricey but well worth your money compared to the other apartments in the area!
