The historic Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood sits just between downtown Indianapolis and the Broad Ripple Village in an area known as Mid-North Indy. What began as a rural village located about three miles outside Indianapolis has developed into a popular suburb where Tudor, Colonial Revival, and Arts and Crafts architecture still line the streets. New residents continually move to the trendy neighborhood, drawn by its beauty and excellent location. This mixed-use neighborhood contains a variety of shops, businesses, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

Property Ratings at The Parkview
One of my favorite places to live dt indy that I have experienced by far. I like the new renovations and how responsive management is. Great location and price compared to a lot of surrounding options.
I enjoyed my short stay at the Parkview. Beautiful units and Nate was a great property manager. Mainteance was quick to take care of anything. Highly Recommeded!
Great place to live downtown if you don't want to pay the outrageous prices all the newer complexes charge. Only downside is they do not have a gym onsite.
Price wise an excellent value compared to other apartments in/near downtown Indy. Living off Mass Ave would have cost us at least $1100 for a 1br but I got mine here for $790 a month. So far I haven't had any issues here for the past 3 months. When I moved in only the first three floors were occupied but now it seems like the building is almost full now.
I was one of the first tenants to move in here. The property manager never gets back with you. I've had my car broken into. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, still had dust from construction everywhere. Couple of people in the building smoke a lot of pot so the smell fills your apartment and the hallway. I like the historic aspect of the building and it is updated, but the work is not quality work, just quick fixes. I probably won't renew my lease.
Property Manager at The Parkview, Responded To This Review
We apologize for the initial issues when you first moved in. Hopefully, we have addressed them with the majority of the renovation complete. We also informed the tenant who was smoking a while ago and has not had any issues since.
I just moved in here and love it! The owners just renovated the entire building. Not too many amenities but I was told everything will be completed by October.
