It was very hard and frustrating at first but Harris and Samantha made it super easy for my family. We had bug issues and they got us out of there fast only been here for about 2 weeks and it’s really nice love the gym and the neighbors are really nice

A lot of things weren’t done when I moved in I am still having problems that needs to be fixed. Some of the things were unacceptable. I am disappointed but I am hoping it will be a situation that can be fixed. I am having AC issues in one of my bedrooms I am having electrical issues in my bathroom plugs and the kitchen.

The NEW staff is not very welcoming or have an interest of getting to know the LONG term residents. The ones that have been here for 2 years. I was highly offended by the apartment manager, Stephanie in regards to me using the side pedestrian gate after picking my son up from the bus from school no introduction I was rudely asked if I live here… I did go to the office to the staff rectify the issue, however I have noticed since then, it being brought to my attention how many non residents know the code or know how to breach security whether that hopping over the gate, reaching under the gate to open the door or blatantly just moving the big major gate to get in or out of our property so so much instead of asking people if they live here what needs to be focused on his new security procedures, as well as property updates, because clearly being a resident or a non-resident, doesn’t stop or prevent unwanted passage of the gate of the security gate… I’m only speaking this now, because

I love this property. It's a clean and quite sight to look at, especially the walking trail with the pond featuring little ducks and turtles. The staff is so friendly and overall helpful. The complex features 24 hr security, locked gates, and a cleaning service, yep you heard me right, a cleaning service. No complaints at all.

Peaceful and luxurious apartments. Quiet neighbors, however some residents don't clean up after their dogs and that's extremely unsanitary. Overall a good place to live.

Conveniently located between Interstates 635 and 75. Gated community, spacious apartments with assigned covered parking. Maintenance for the most part responds quickly. Not particularly happy about the amount of times I’ve had to call maintenance. Also it appears they rushed getting my apartment ready for move in. Valet trash is nice just wish it was optional and not mandatory because I don’t mind throwing my own trash

I have lived here for over 10 years. I love the layout of my apartment. It is great for a roommate situation. The maintenance staff is great. Requests are handled in a timely manner. The office staff is helpful and professional. I so enjoy living here.
Nice quiet vibes. I enjoy the park view unit, it also comes with tall ceilings on the top floor which makes it feel more specious. Definitely recommend!

Love it here. First apt ever and couldn’t have chose a better community. It’s always clean, there a walking trail, with ducks, turtles etc. they have a nice gym. My move in was so easy.

The property management staff is nice. I just have issues getting in contact with anybody unless I go in person. You will hardly ever get through via phone calls and emails are almost never replied too. But that seems to be very common amongst leasing offices nowadays with how busy they are. The other reason for my score is the fitness center on the Vantage Point side never has enough supplies in the bathroom. There hasn’t been soap in the men’s or women’s bathroom for about 2 months. Otherwise the apartments are pretty quiet. The property is maintained well. I would like for people to pick up after their dogs more. But that’s not the property management’s fault.

The property is great, the staff are friendly. It's a little hard to get them on the phone when there's an automated assistant but still, the customer service makes up for it. They made sure everything was ready for me before I even arrived to pick up my keys. Explained everything in great detail and gave me the best places to get service got my move in. 10/10 would recommend.

Iti is very nice and peaceful. The office staff is great. The maintenance staff is very helpful. I have lived here 8 years with no issues. The grounds are kept very nice.

Great neighborhood and it’s very quiet. The only thing I would say would be nice is more parking that isn’t covered for visitors. The amenities are amazing.

Pretty nice place to live. Minimal noise throughout the day. There’s a beautiful little creek that’s nice to sit or walk by, and the grounds are kept up very well. Only things I’ve noticed are that some neighbors are lazy with getting trash into the dumpster and the A/C unit has trouble keeping up from time to time.

Living here has been great. The fitness room and the park trails are amazing. I go there as often as I can. The staff and maintenance are always very nice also.

Newer and more gym equipment would be nice. There’s a lot of mud in the parking spots from the flower bed area. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Third year here. The living experience has been wonderful. Neighbors are mostly quiet. Maintenance staff always do a good job maintaining the community facilities. Office staff are always very nice.

Have lived here for about 3 months and regret choosing this apartment. Front office makes it seem WAY nicer and safer than it really is. 20+ cars were broken into (including mine) and management does nothing but send out an email encouraging people to be aware of their surroundings and don’t leave valuables in their cars… No apology or ownership taken of the situation and nothing done to remedy the constantly broken gate, lack of cameras, and lack of lighting in the parking lot. Also woke up to fire ants IN MY BED the other night, and front offices answer was “sorry, pest control just came on Monday”. Promised to send maintenance over to find out where they were coming from and of course, no one ever showed. RUN.

Because of the lack of security, there are homeless people and random people always walking around all times of the night. They hide out in the gym, and use the restrooms. The gates that are key fob operated, are always broken or propped open. Tenants who live on the 1st floor are getting their apartments broken into and patio furniture stolen. This week, our cars were broken into. We have brought this to the manager’s attention several times, and nothing has been done about it. For the price we pay to live here, I would not recommend!!!

Great service the staff does a great job when addressing issues. I had a plumbing issue and filled out a request to fix it I went into the office and the next day I was able to get get my toilet fixed.
