Property Ratings at The Pavilions
They have entered my house multiple times without warned. Talked to the property manager about it. He said it would fix the issue only to have more people come in the next day. Left a 3ftx4ft hole on the wall for maintenance and haven't fixed it yet. It's been 3 weeks.
I lived at the pavilions for a little over a year before breaking my lease due to unforeseen reasons. They were very helpful when I transferred from a one bedroom to a two bedroom they also were extremely accommodating after my domestic dispute. Yes, there are updates to be made to the apartments but I firmly believe with new management that those updates will be made very soon. I lived on the first floor and I lived on the third floor. You don’t really hear your neighbors. You just have to be mindful for the complex kids that run and play in the parking lot. I’ve had no issues with maintenance aside from waiting to get my AC fixed. I do believe that they needed a different game plan for spring cleaning so they didn’t run into being backlogged. I’ll write my experience a solid seven out of 10.

Thank you very much for your 4-Star review (and 7 out of 10) of our community! We are pleased to hear that our team was helpful during your transfer and understanding during a difficult time. We sincerely appreciate you sharing that in your experience on both the first and third floors, you did not hear your neighbors! We assure you, our maintenance team is constantly working to improve their response time and schedules to enable them to serve our valued Residents better. We are sorry you had to leave and hope all is well in your new home! JCMLiving Resident Services Team
I've been a resident of this place for over two years. I liked being here so much that I decided to renew my lease for the second time. However, since JCM Living took ownership, there has been bad management. In this April, I extended my lease, and as of the new lease date, I bought rental insurance. First they delayed all communications and portal updates about insurance validation, and now they are imposing fines on my account despite the fact that I had given proof of insurance starting from the lease date. They also don't respond to emails. The lease management team is completely unhelpful and just serves as a liaison between residents and JCM Living.
Most of The Pavilions staff are rude and incapable of their jobs. Honestly, if you can’t handle tenant concerns in this many apartments, find another job ??????? If anyone is looking to rent, I DO NOT recommend them- and mostly for the staff but also for the apartments falling apart. Did you know the US Postal Service no longer delivers oversized packages to the door because their stairs are in disrepair and someone got injured? Or that they failed to clean chimneys for 3+years resulting in a fire? How about the ceilings and walls cracking and having water stains they just paint over? Don’t forget that they do nothing to manage the birds in the laundry vents until it’s too late and they have to knock full nests down! Anytime they make a plan to do something that requires entering an apartment, they fail to notify residents in a timely manner and communicate professionally to make it possible to keep pets safe so they don’t get out. Pavilions staff will literally laugh at you on the phone and honestly deserve to lose their jobs. It’s all the women there, I haven’t met ONE that could respectfully and reasonably manage tenant concerns. The only positive and respectful interactions have been with Mike and some of the maintenance staff. DO NOT rent here if you have pets.
The management is all nice and coy until you sign the lease. But once you sign and take the keys, they treat you as if the they give the apartment on charity. Especially the lady staff there are very rude and disrespectful. If you complain about any issue upright they tell they can’t fix it. Not sure about the safety too, they have broken doors and windows and a very unclean first floor. It definitely looks like a house for the homeless. For the bare minimum they charge huge price and as well keep increasing the apartment pricing on a yearly basis. Should definitely sue them for their behavior and upkeep of the property.
This complex was my 1st apartment. We moved out after 2 years only because we purchased a home. The location is excellent and the amenities top notch. We shopped around and found this complex the best as far as location and & amenities.

Thank you so much for your 5-Star review of our community! We are pleased that you enjoyed your time here and wish you the best in your new home. JCMLiving Resident Services Team
I have lived here for nearly 5 years and the change of ownership of the complex has made a big difference. This used to be a peaceful place to live but now it’s not as clean and incredibly loud. They moved in new neighbors above me and I can hear ever stomp, step, and slam between 7 am and 3 am day after day. I have not been able to sleep in nearly a week and this is only one with these new neighbors. Nothing is done about it and I don’t receive any reply from the staff. It is an unsustainable way to live and I’m going to have to be forced to move after having lived here for many years.
