Property Ratings at The Pavilions
We live here almost for 4 year nothing issues but 10-06-2020 at least 2 person Burglary in our apartment & loot almost every expensive stuff that includes my Two mountain bikes..One is GT company color orange & other one is schWinn white color please if anybody sees those bikes in our area contacts me..These apartments are disaster now for the people who want to live in a peace.. Now Me & my wife planing to move out or we gonna rent a house..Note management try to hide these things from new tenant so good luck with that..we tell them to install CCTV all around the building or hire two security guard at night time only but who cares anyway..I wish I can give them Big Zero (0) regarding for security of the residents..overall we are heartbroken..Thank you RPM
The apartment grounds are very well kept. However if you need anything from the management company forget it. Their main goal is to make your life difficult. They don't know where your mail is. They talk down to you even though they are not professional themselves. The apartments are filled with people who obviously do not live there. The area is gated but anyone can go through the exit and just walk around the property. Not a safe place to be. Cant wait until lease is over.
The worst place i've ever lived! They lie about everything here. Everything in the apartment is broken. The sinks don't drain. Hope you like being burned or freezing because the shower water adjuster never works. People let their kids and dogs run around unsupervised. Theres wild animals (raccoons and coyotes ) all over at night. Hope you weren't looking for a quiet apartment because you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors make and every word they say. Same with the people next to you and all their children. If you have a complaint they won't do anything about it. They'll tell you the noise is "normal". They will not let you out of your contract no matter how unhappy you are. The apartments are infested with big brown spiders and a variety of beetles. They do not spray for insects. The facility is also infested with degenerates who sell drugs on the grounds, leave their trash scattered everywhere, and come into the complex at all hours of the night bumping their stereos. When we moved in they didn't bother to tell us that you have to switch something on to use the air so we had no air conditioning. The gardeners come and wake you up at the crack of dawn and they trash people come even earlier even though there are so called "quiet hours" that they do not follow and your neighbors will not follow. Your right next to a water source so there are horrible mosquitoes and if it floods you are out of luck. People will constantly have their children play and scream outside your windows and people will talk on the phone there as well. Considering the amount you are paying the insides of the apartment are not good quality. Cheap appliances that constantly break and good luck dealing with the office and maintnence people to get it fixed. The windows have no insulation so you'll cook during the summer and freeze during the winter. The burners on the stove are uneven. The foundation the apartments are on is uneven so good luck getting your doors to stay open. There is theft constantly. Always a car getting broken into or an apartment. Staff is very rude so don't even bother talking to them if you need anything. Toilets barely flush. Tile is so cheap that they are all cracked. Blinds were chipped when I moved in and they didn't bother to fix. There is no privacy, people will look in your home when they walk by so you can never let any natural light in. Mail keys are always getting stuck in the mail boxes. Do I need to go on? DON'T MOVE HERE!
I have lived at the Pavilions for the past 4 years. It is without a doubt, the nicest apartment complex in our large city. The apartment itself is beautiful. The floor plan is incredibility unique especially for a one bedroom. When you've seen one, one bedroom floor plan, you've seen them all. But not at the Pavilions. The apartment is very spacious, large living area and walk-in closets. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious as well which is very rare in one-bedrooms. The patio is very spacious and the best part? Washer and dryer included! I love how safe I feel living at the Pavilions. The complex is beautiful and well-kept. My little dog and I have been very happy here :-)
