Have lived at the Peak for a year now, and it was amazing in the beginning. Now that it seems to be under different management, I would give it negative 10 stars if it were possible. We just “upgraded” units into a different building since rent was being raised in our current apartment in the first place, and we moved into a unit that was trashed with several broken cabinets, drawers, etc. There were also several spots that received touch up paint with an entirely different color, and on some spots there are multiple colors! We are now paying more in rent to live in a unit that isn’t nearly as well kept as our previous, and we have been told that there is not much that can be done to fix these mistakes as “they don’t offer the same color of paint to match to old cabinets anymore.” If you’re considering the Peak, I would recommend going to see your actual unit before signing a lease to live in a “luxury” apartment that will tolerate this poor of quality in their units. It seems to be the luck of the draw of what hand you get dealt from the previous tenants, just make sure you know what situation you’re going to be paying for!

Breaker issue Breaker to dishwasher kept kicking off. Maintenance was here within 15 minutes of request being submitted. Issue was rectified within an hour!
LATCH Question The manager called me soon after I left a voicemail asking about LATCH working with my new iPhone. She reassured me all would be well and it was! Thanks so much!
Great visit! Had a great time touring options for a home. I reached out late on Thursday to tour Friday and they accommodated me into their schedule.

Broken Cabinet Door Fixed In less than 24 hours after I submitted a request to have my broken bathroom cabinet door fixed, the guys were out to my place to take a look. They left and shortly came back with a brand new cabinet door. It was replaced in no time. I'm very appreciative of the Peak service team, they were expedient and professional, and very personable as well. Great job guys!

Love this place! Carson has been great since the time we first met her on our tour a few months ago! The complex is beautiful. Very spacious and modern units. We love the dog park and spa for our pups and the walking paths we can take them on daily. Super green grass and multiple fountains for scenic walks. The pool and clubhouse is STUNNING. Move in process was smooth and easy. Our unit is better than we could have expected and we have a great view from our patio. Prime location with so many cool places to eat/drink nearby and easy highway access! Looking forward to making more memories in our new home! 10/10 experience, we love it here already!

Everything was pretty simple. I only gave 4 stars because I got an attached garage and the garage door opener and code for the number pad weren't ready when I moved in, so I had to go back a couple of days later to get it.
