Lots of natural light, storage closet outside the unit includes with the rent. We are minutes to shopping Paine Field Airport, WA Ferry System, multiple lakes and scenic venues. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS. *What is the Application Fee? $20 per adult (18 yrs. and older) *What do I need to submit with my application? The application itself, the proof of income. One month's worth of current pay stubs. This is typically 2 recent pay stubs. Or 4 pay stubs if paid weekly. *How important is credit? I need a minimum of 650 credit per applicant. *How long does it take to get an answer? 30 minutes or less.
