Property Ratings at The Peaks of Knoxville Apartments
We just moved in and Jack was super nice and made sure our move went well. They keep the place up very well and idk what that other reviews problem was but it wasn't due to maintenance or management.
Maintenance is lousy, along with management. Residents are rude and have a tendency to not follow the rules. The police have a tendency to frequently visit the complex as well.
