I have loved living at The Pearl, it has made my big transition from Chicago to Florida so easy and at feel at home.

The Pearl has a great maintenance team! Easy to use portal for maintenance requests and the maintenance team is quick and responsive! Especially Nelson has been very helpful

I am physician with excellent credit. Pearl charged me inaccurate fees and their collection agency has tried to ruin my credit rating. I have waisted lot of my time and 3 in person visits with out satisfactory response..

We love it here at the Pearl. A nicely designed property, excellent location, across the street from the Riverwalk and Armature Works, just 20 minutes from my office, great staff, clean and well maintained. Also reasonably priced.

Good location but expensive place to live considering that the overall maintentance is horrible.

It’s a great community located near some of Tampa’s best amenities. If you’re looking for a quieter area to live but close to the action, look no further than the Pearl.

From tour in March to move in August the experience has been amazing and went smooth. Linh is a gem and great to work with and the Pearl is the PERFECT location with so many great amenities including the surrounding Retailers.

The Pearl is a fantastic community and it's at the perfect location in Tampa. The units are spacious, the grounds and amenities are well kept, and it's great for dog owners. There are also about three events each month organized and hosted by Danielle and Scott, which serve as a fun way to meet neighbors and get some food and drinks! I cannot say how many times I've gotten to enjoy either a free latte, mimosas, pizza, bagels, charcuterie boards, omelets, or and interesting class.

My experience here at the Pearl has been wonderful! The maintenance team is always so nice & accommodating.

Living at the pearl has been a tremendous experience so far. I have met several of my neighbors and enjoy coming home every day to a beautiful space. The staff made moving-in super easy and I am grateful to have chosen this community to be my home for the foreseeable future!

After visiting several apartment complexes in the area I knew immediately upon visiting the pearl this is where I wanted to live. Perfect location and beautiful apartments!

Used to love it, a lot of changes recently it doesnt seem that management cares about residents that have been here since the apartment complex opened. Residents are very replaceable here and its reflected in the treatment and communication. Being accused of a noise complaint that was confused with one of my neighbors was the highlight of my year so far along with an iffy situation in the elevator. Safety is not a concern here, were on our own for that.

Although we have only lived at the Pearl for a short period of time, we have really enjoyed our experience. The staff has been kind and approachable, and have fixed any issues we've had in a timely manner. Our leasing agent, Jessica, and our maintenance team member, Shawn, have been helpful and informative, making our move-in experience smooth and successful. We would definitely recommend the Pearl to anyone looking for a conveniently-located, friendly, and welcoming home!

Love The Pearl! It's so lovely living here. The location could not be better, and the people are so friendly. It seems like everyone has a dog, which is really fun. The apartments and amenities are beautiful. The maintenance crew is around every single morning ensuring everything is good to go for another day. They have community events every month, which I look forward to. I especially enjoyed the Flower Market Day in February. There is always something interesting happening.

The Pearl is by far the best place I have lived in Tampa. You cannot find a better location, the staff are always friendly and attentive, and the apartments are spacious and well designed. I always recommend friend to take a look at the Pearl when considering moving into an apartment in the Tampa area.

Everything about this apartment complex is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful, the property is clean and well maintained, the residents are all super nice and my unit was more spacious and beautiful than I expected. When scheduling a tour, Brent got me in right away. He took his time with the tour and made it seem like he genuinely cared about my questions and showing off the property. (I cannot say the same for other apartments in the Tampa area). I knew same day this is where I wanted to live and I do not regret this choice at all! If you are considering moving here - do it! I have nothing bad to say about this place and the area is more than you can ask for. Thank you all!

The Pearl is the ideal place to live in downtown Tampa! With the modern industrial vibe you will experience downtown living like no other. The friendships my husband and I have made over the past year are incredible and we wouldn't have made them if not for the community that The Pearl has created.

Moving in and living at The Pearl has been an amazing experience so far. The staff is extremely professional, they go out of their way constantly to meet your needs, and the community is like a big family. I love the convenience and accessibility of the building, its amenities, and overall feel of the apartment. The modern/industrial look really appeals to my taste, and the facilities and support systems are extremely complementary. Parking, amenities, proximity to everything Downtown, and ease of movement is really on point. I love being a part of The Pearl tribe. I would absolutely recommend The Pearl to anyone!

I love the Pearl so much. The location, the events, the staff, the puppies..... everything! I literally tell everyone they should live here.

Love The Pearl!! This is such a beautiful location, fantastic community and lovely management staff. It's also incredibly dog-friendly. Every time I turn around I find something new to love. I'm so happy with my decision to live at The Pearl.

0/10 would not recommend. Do not waste your money. Your property will be stolen, appliances break constantly and will not be fixed. Management will give you the run around. There are plenty of other apartments in downtown Tampa that value their residents.

My experience with staff and maintenance team members had been above and beyond the call of duty. One recent bonus when Sean and maintenance crew were replacing my microwave, they showed me where the Sprouts supermarket will be located a stones throw from the Pearl. That was a much appreciated bonus.

It's a top notch facility in a location that can't be beat.

People that work here are great. Other stuff kinda iffy. Don't park outside.

Ive only lived at the Pearl for one week and it feels like home. Coming from a place that was loud, unprofessional, and not maintained well...I feel a sense of peace in this community.

The Pearl has the unbeatable combination of comfort, security and location in a dynamic urban environment.

My girlfriend and I recently moved into the Pearl Apartments. The unit was clean and well maintained. Any and all issues were resolved quickly and the repair man was very professional. The apartment is in a great location, adjacent to the north of armature works with additional retail and restaurants on the first floor of the complex. Great walkability. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been living at The Pearl Apartments for a week now and absolutely love it! Moving in was made so easy by Linda and the rest of the staff. Everyone is kind, communicative, and very helpful. Even before the big day, Linda had made the leasing process simplistic & exciting. Linda and Jessica are a great team! The grounds are clean and well kept! I frequent the dog park and everyone (including the pups) are sweet/responsible! If youre thinking about moving into The Pearl - DO IT. Very impressed so far.

Love my new apartment. The leasing staff have all been very helpful! Great location right across from Armature works, the river walk and a short walk to The Hall on Franklin. Would recommend!
