I'm just now moving out of state after having stayed here for almost a year and a half. My experience at the apartment has been great both with quality-&-comfort and with staff, who have always been great to work with! The apartment is slightly on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny.

Smaller community, location to shopping, entertainment, restaurants. Walk ability. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years and the office staff and maintenance staff are the best. 5 stars all the way.
Great neighborhood....up and coming area will keep getting better....safe and quiet too. Office management is the best team I have come across in the last 6 years of apartment living in Austin and Houston. Highly recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere to live close to downtown Fort Worth!
We moved in last year, and the first 6 months were great. Then came the road work. Every day. So when it came time to renew, they were actually going to raise our rent! My family and I couldn't believe it. We were cordial though, and we just decided to opt for a different location to live, so we moved out. But they sent us the incorrect amount for our mutually agreed upon refunded deposit. We are now 40 days removed from our departure, without a correct refund, which is against the law if I'm not mistaken. Bonus, their corporate office won't even return our calls, and we are now considering legal action. Pros: Nice facility and great maintenance Cons: Poorly run, constant road work, pricey even for that area. Recommend: There are other places nearby opening soon to live. Go there.
Been here since July. Great apartments. New management is awesome and fun!
The construction quality is terrible. The noise is ridiculous from a bus route, emergency helicopters, and garbage trucks at 4 a.m. The kitchen is like a 4/5 scale model of a regular kitchen. It all looks fine until you realize the cabinets are too narrow to hold plate and the drawers too narrow to hold utensil trays. The bathroom drawers are even worse. I do not recommend the Phoenix apartments.
