Love it here, great staff, amazing housing and an overall great community. Would definitely recommend living at the pier for anyone looking.

Pretty good. Everyone is very helpful. The house is very spacious, and upon arrival, was throughly cleaned. I have had a few problems here and there, mainly with the air just not working.

The property is well maintained. Everybody is so nice and very helpful. There is a lot to do. I like the study room options in the club house for when I don't feel like going to the library or sitting in my apartment.

I love the pier and everyone is so nice, but my incentives were late and it made figuring out financial things more complicated. They do try to accommodate which is appreciated.

The red mud in the backyard and lack of grass for my dog to go potty on is bothersome, I wish there was better upkeep on the yards, especially back yards. Also, the spiders and bugs are out of control around the homes. The house itself is a little run down, which tells me it was build pretty quickly. We are having issues with our stairs, creaky shower floor, shower door that won’t stay closed, windows that won’t shut unless you slam them down, etc. We also don’t have a key for our back door. I’m not sure if none of the homes come with a key or if it is just us but I don’t like that we have to call a locksmith if we want two points of access in our house. Besides that, it’s a nice home and it is comfortable to live in. The negative things stick out because they are frustrating, but really everything else is great. The team and work staff are really approachable and friendly. The community building is AWESOME! And I love the view.

I really like living at the pier! The location is close to campus, the buses that can take you to campus or downtown come in a timely fashion, and the people living in the community and staff are incredibly friendly!! Whenever we have a maintenance issue, someone is here within a few hours to help us. The commute to campus is really easy and there’s usually little to no traffic on the roads. The convenience mart and proximity to Aldi are really hard to beat. It can be a little loud on the weekends, but it’s usually not too bad.

The new houses are super nice and very clean. So happy we moved here. The staff has been very helpful with the move in process and we have great amenities.

everything has been super great. i’ve never really had issues and when i have, they’ve been fixed very quickly and everyone in the leasing office is super nice!

The Pier is a very nice place to live. Our house definitely needs some work to be done, but they will hopefully get to it soon. Great location next to the water.

I have loved living at the pier! The staff is always so helpful, maintenance is fast, and the amenities and resident events are so fun! Also the updates to the apartments have been much appreciated.

Nice new apartments. Electric bills are inconsistent and do not seem right most of the time. The amount of emails they send out wanting you to renew a year in advance is crazy!!

the experience has been good, the parking is close and there's always a spot. the kitchen is spacious, plenty of counter space and cabinent space. room, closet and bathroom is clean and spacious, furnished but still enough roomm to add more shelves and drawers and such.

easy to talk to and very understanding, helped with my roommates move in and helped when i kept getting locked out of my room. sweet girls that work there everyone is friendly

My wifi hasn't been working, and maintenance has been requested, but nothing has happened. My apartment was dirty when I moved in. It seems that no one even cleaned it prior to move in.

The staff was super friendly when I checked in. My unit is very nice, updated, and spacious. It’s so convenient that each room comes with a queen bed and desk, as well as a couch and other furniture in the living room. The neighborhood has some incredible amenities including a pool, gym, pier to the lake, and places to hangout in the clubhouse.

I just recently moved in, but I’m super surprised by the wonderful community. All of the homes and wellness areas have created a wonderful little neighborhood. I also love my own tiny home! The only downside was communication while checking in. I had a lot of trouble reaching the pier, but they helped me efficiently when I finally got ahold of them.

I like it here the rooms are clean and I didn’t find any bugs it’s also not to loud and was very easy to move in .i have enough space for all my belongings I just need to decorate now then I’ll be done. Also it has great water pressure.

I love it here! The property is very nice and very pretty! The apartment was very clean when we got here and the move in process was very easy!! I can’t wait to spend the next 9 months here!!

just moved in and love the atmosphere of this community. chose to lease with random roommates and we all have things in common. can’t wait to check out the amenities !

Was told it came with a tv and upon checking in was told we needed to buy our own tv. Also very difficult to get on the phone. My mom, sister, and myself have all tried to call at least 10 times each the week before moving in and got no answer at all.

Easy move in! Amazing community, great amenities, modern furnishings, and spacious rooms. Close to campus, the water, and many stores. Management is responsive and never had any issues.

The apartments are very beautiful and the leasing team is very helpful. Very professional and the clubhouse is very elegant looking and the pool is spectacular!

Absolutely terrible, I am stupid for signing a lease here. Very unprofessional, since this whole place is ran by college kids. It’s problem after problem with this company, and they genuinely do not care about their residents. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE.

Our experience at The Pier has been great so far! Staff has been friendly and helpful, the unit we are in is very nice, and amenities are great!

My new house has been great, especially with it being brand new with no previous tenants. My only complaint is that we’ve been needing to submit a lot of maintenance requests ,such as AC repairs, water leaks, drainage issues, an ant infestation, etc. But other than that, I can’t wait to call my place home for the next 8 months.

So far my experience with The Pier has been amazing. They have always been able to help with any questions or issues and are happy to do so. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The staff were extremely helpful, giving me and my parents a great tour, and eventually helping me and my friends with switching our lease to a mansion.

So far my experience has been great and I’m super excited for the year to come! Everyone has been super nice and responsive to any issues we have run into.

The Pier is a great place for students off campus. However, if you’re paying the rent yourself without help from family as most college students do, I don’t suggest. You can find many other places for a lot cheaper. The amenities are great though! The people are nice. The views are nice.

It’s been ok but we’ve had mantience issues since we’ve moved in with the hot air and the showers. We also had ants in our apartment before we even had food in there.

The community appears to be nice so far. There are a lot of activities, and the homes are new. It's not that far from campus and located in a peaceful area.

The Pier is great! It is a safe, beautiful, and friendly community and is an excellent distance from Clemson University. I am excited to see what this upcoming year has at the Pier.

Very nice and clean place. everyone is friendly and very welcoming to me and my dog. I will definitely be staying with the pier again!! My dog was a very important part of the move and they made it very easy.

The area is very clean. The make sure to try to work with you when you have a problem. I am very excited to meet my roommates bc we are all into similar things

This complex is beautiful! So many amenities and everybody is friendly! If you have pets, it’s an excellent space for them to run around. So many different things to do here

The Pier is absolutely amazing! All the amenities are well worth it. Maintenance team is always available to assist you in any way. Front desk staff is truly so helpful and nice!! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else during college!

The tour was great and the employee who showed us around was very nice. I am excited to move in. The process has been so easy so far, as well.
