Property Ratings at The Pierce
Living here has been fantastic. From my first interaction with the leasing consultant until this very second. Effortless and my apartment is more than I ever expected. The rent is worth every cent. I know longer have a gym membership since their gym has everything. No more Starbucks needed. Its already in the lobby. My car space is already designated and so I don't have to hunt for a space when I get in from the my night shift at the hospital. That's only a few of the perks. For sure give it a chance and take a peek.
Great community and staff. I lived in different apartments before and you are just a number. Here, they know your name and actually care that you are happy. They had a great summer event and I had the opportunity to meet many of the tenants and actually formed friendships. I just renewed. I know that they are pretty much full so if you have the chance, then try to move here.
The Pierce Columbus is a great place to live. The building is architecturally beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and I love the ability to walk anywhere, including the Library, the Museum of Art, Hills Market, downtown, German Village and the Short North. The Pierce has carefully thought through and integrated so many different design elements, from the huge common area with great big windows facing the street, to the workspaces for residents on the second floor. And I am so looking forward to having the convenience of having a top-notch workout area in the winter to go to. I looked at a lot of places to live downtown and this was by far the best. My apartment has amazing views of both the library and downtown Columbus. The sunsets from my bedroom window are stunning. The building is clean, safe and very well managed. I am very happy here and think you will be, too.
It's been a top notch experience living at The Pierce. This a quality building with fantastic finishes in my unit and throughout the building. The best part is that there are a number of different common space areas that you have the chance to find the perfect area to just step out of your apartment and it creates a different vibe. Sometimes, I feel like I am living in a five star hotel based on the amount of attention provided by their staff and the super awesome decorations. Oh....the lobby always smells terrific too! I wouldn't have chose anything else. :)
Wow...what a building. We were looking at a number of places and this was awesome. They let me do a self guided tour and I literally turned my application the next. Beautiful view and quality from top to bottom. Great staff and its obvious they take pride in the building.
