Horrible customer service and living experience. Worst apartment I’ve lived in. The hallways/ carpet constantly smelt like pee and poop from cat & dogs. I wouldn’t bring guests over because it was embarrassing. Multiple dogs off leashes and on 2 instances I had to protect my dog from an aggressor that ran up on us. This apartment holds no accountability for their residents or staff. Every person at the front office will tell you a different answer to the same question (RE: available units, rates, lease termination, etc.) and that’s when you’re even able to reach anyone. Their phone constantly goes to voice mail and when I went to make my final payment I waited outside the front office for 1.5 hours and no one ever showed up (mind you, the maintenance man [who is great] said they went to lunch but someone should see me within 10 minutes…. No one showed.) After I terminated my lease I had back and forth communication for a month to try to pay them and be done with it all. During this time I constantly had to reach out myself because they would never get back to me with a timely response and they would just forget about me when all I wanted to do was pay them. The only thing good about this place was the maintenance staff. They were professional, kind, and timely. Everything and everyone else sucked. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone.
Beautiful apartment spacious rooms with a good layout and a resort pool and courtyard! I had a great view from balcony come home to resort living !

Renter beware!! You will regret it if you move into these apartments. Please look at the reviews on this site and several others about these apartments and look at how multiple people for years have stated they are a horrible place to live. Theft has been repeatedly reported over several years and nothing to this day has been done to make it better. My car was vandalized this week and I reported it and the young lady in the office actually put the phone done when I was telling her then when I said hello I heard her pick it up, and at that point I knew I really had to move. She said the manager would call me back and never even attempted to call. Never placed a notice on the doors or sent an email to the residents to inform them to watch their cars. That in itself is in inconsiderate and shows they don’t care about their tenants or their property. Not only does this make there apartment community look bad but it puts us at risk for thrives every night because they know we live somewhere where they can come and steal because we don’t have any security here and they know the owners aren’t going to do anything to fix it. And it isn’t just the management teams fault but it boils down to the owner. Greedy with no regards to his tenants. Now with the pandemic and theft on the rise with vehicles having tires stolen, catalytic converters and airbags, when will they do something. People need their cars to go to work to pay there rent. How hard is it to hire a 24 hour security team. A courtesy officer is a joke and I’ve only seen police present twice. The week before my car was vandalized which obviously means that’s why they were present for one week where visibly you could see them bcuz I want the first this had happened to and they must have had a lot of complaints for them to address it that one time which was short lived. After a week I haven’t seen one officer. And the lady in the office made up all kind of excuses about where the officer is and why we never see one. Well it’s because they don’t have one and again hire security everyday. The thieves come right back when they leave which is why for years it hasn’t improved with vehicle theft here. Also my neighbor is the neighbor from hell. I’ve had to call the police several times and the manager does nothing and then told me to call the police knowing they wouldn’t do anything bcuz Harris County doesn’t have a noice ordnance so they cant issue noise violation tickets to residents

Communication has always been an issue. With previous management, it was a refusal to deal with issues and acknowledge wrongdoing. With current management, it is an inability to respond to emails, answer the phone, or provide updates for residents about the complex. We should not have to call consistently over the course of three hours to get someone on the phone, and then CALL BACK to ask for follow-up when the issue is forgotten... Facilities (gym, pool, YOUR APARTMENT DOOR) will be closed without any communication to the residents. Fobs were reset a few months back without any communication to the residents. The guest parking policy changes WITHOUT THEM NOTIFYING RESIDENTS, so park at your own risk. Good luck getting a parking pass since the office won't answer the phone anyway. Gate will also be periodically broken for weeks at a time, might as well park on the street. I have lived in some very sketchy places before, but this is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional management I have ever encountered. It is honestly mind-boggling how they are still operating, staff turnover is nearly every month... Do NOT move here. Pay more somewhere else for a much better living experience.
Do not move here you will regret it. I have been here for 2 years and ever since the new management has taken over they have gone down hill. They keep the gym warm along with the hallways,They also open the doors of the gym in 100 degree weather. That never happened before they took over. The carpets in the hallways are always dirty, they barely clean them. The garage is also always dirty with trash all on the ground. People leave their in the hallways all day which causes the hallways to smell. About 2 weeks ago over 20 cars were broken into and had their windows broken out. Also About a month ago there was a guy arrested for indecent exposure in the gym,they didn’t nor have sent out a letter or anything letting residents know about either incident. They have also not let residents know if this person is still living on the property,which is disturbing and a safe risk. They are more about filling apartments than the safety of their residents. They have ruined a once great apartments.
Security is a joke. There was 30+ vehicle break in a single month and management has done NOTHING to improve security. The hallways always smell of weed. No one picks up after their dogs and the grass areas have fleas. Mail theft is a serious issue. Packages are stolen regularly. Management ignores resident's concerns and has openly stated they have no intention of fixing the problems. Do not sign a lease here.

The office staff at the Pierpont, Kristen, Natalia, Frederick, Jasmine, and everyone else at the front office are absolutely amazing. When I moved from Arizona in 2017, I toured several other apartments, but the reception was never as warm as when I visited the Pierpont. Kristen made me feel at home and welcome. The staff always greet you with a smile, address your concerns, and call you back in a timely manner. I have been living here since 2017 and would not want to live anywhere else. They make me feel like I am family!
First of all I think there are more pets in this building then people. I personally like pets and have nothing against them, however they are not properly cleaning the corridors and all the building including the apartments stinks with the deodorant they are using to hide how the building stinks in reality. Also the customer service needs improvement. The web site they have is poor, doesn't reflect the due payment until 1st of the month and if you are not paying on 1st they impose a late fee immediately. They are explaining that this is because of water usage that they are able to post on the account on 1st only, but I NEVER had or heard about a tenant that earns on late fees! They simply impose a $75 late fee immediately one day after the payment day, although a day before that if you go online your balance is "0". Finally if for any reason you decided to live here, I strongly suggest to go and see THE APARTMENT you will rent. If they tell you that the apartment will be similar to the one they are showing, don't believe them. They will show you something then will actually provide another one which will stink and have no view.
So, I have been searching for an apartment in the Spring/Woodlands area and haven't had any luck until I came here. The tour was very pleasant and I didn't feel pressured to live here like most tours I go on. Hannah was so welcoming and informative. The manager even came out and introduced herself and reassured me of my decision. I am super excited to live here! The property is beautiful!
The thing that changes my mind about continuing to be a resident at Pierpont is the lack of urgency by management. I have been a resident here for almost a year now & I have been having issues with my door numerous of times. I’ve sent numerous of emails and have yet to receive one response of a follow up or anything regarding any type of accommodations. I will not be renewing my lease here.
Update. Manager called and we had a discussion about everything that took place. I’m glad she reached out to me so I could get a better understanding of what happened. After my pest control dispute, she took it upon herself to get a new company for pest control. Hopefully the remainder of my time here is smooth. Overall the place is alright. They’re working on the parking issues with visitor passes. Other than that no complaints. Wish the pool was deeper. Staff is nice. Location is great. Problems can happen everywhere. It’s all about how they’re resolved.
Everything is just PERFECT about this apartment complex! The mid-rise style gives me & my family a strong sense of security. The location is great! Houston is expanding towards Spring/Woodlands area, so it’s nice to already have a residence established before all of the renovating construction begins. The staff here is amazing! When I walked into the actual leasing office, I was greeted by a young girl named Natalia. She had the warmest & most welcoming smile; it helped me to let my guards down. I love when a leasing agent does their job! She knew what questions needed to be answered for someone who was apartment-hunting. She was very detailed with her wording, and did the whole presentation within a timely manner! I hope she sticks to this profession, as she will be a great manager in the near future! I definitely will refer any and everybody I know who’s in the market for an apartment!
My husband and I came in looking to tour the property, we were greeted and helped by Natalia, her customer service was awesome!! She was super sweet and made us feel immediately right at home! The property is beautiful, all of the appliances are just what we were looking for and the gym is amazing (2 floors!!) I give the property and the customer service 5 stars! If you haven’t visited, you must!!
After visiting this community, I'm sure it's where I want to live. My experience was perfect. When I arrived there were people in the front of the office, one of them stood up and I greeted me sweetly. To my surprise, the one who attended me was the manager whom made me feel at home and that she genuinely cared for all my needs. The amenities are beautiful and GYM is two story and is open 24 hours, the clubhouse is currently open until six but she informed me that eventually it will be open until ten (no big deal) the apartment is very nice and clean, with lots of space, loved the island and the space in the bathroom. I definitely recommend renting with them.
I just visit the Building and I was welcome with a beautiful smile and excellent customer service provided by Natalia. She went over all detailed policies and answered promptly my questions. The " kitchen island" is optional and to me is better because give more freedom to decorate the way I want. I missed the bathtubs ( to available in all 1B plans) . However I am still considering my application because the nice appliances, location, building layout with spacious porch. Overall the apartments are really great and I like the specials they are offering right now - I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property !
We could not find the office hours immediately on their website. When we pulled up 15 minutes prior to closing, the people we thought saw in the office disappeared. We walked around waiting and after 10 minutes decided to leave. The people in the office reappeared. I was not made to feel important. Their reports were. We were asked to come back another day. Customer service at least asks our names and receive a welcome and/or introduction. Oh well. Too bad.
