Nestled in a serene, wilderness-like setting, we’ve enjoyed encounters with wildlife like bears, bobcats, deer, and even turkeys—it’s like living in a nature retreat! The stunning sunrises and sunsets, along with the occasional sound of the bugle from Fort Carson, add a unique charm. The sense of community here is unmatched, with friendly, long-time neighbors who embrace a slower-paced lifestyle. It’s the perfect spot for singles and couples who enjoy connecting with others, keeping their blinds open, and sharing this peaceful environment. We absolutely love it here!

When we first moved here almost 2 years ago this place was beautiful and Well kept. Since there has been new management and new maintenance, the pool has not worked for over a year and the hot tub has been the same. Any Maintenance request that we have made are taking extremely too long to be addressed and are not satisfactory. We have tried to have patience, but has gotten to the point that is unacceptable. We have even had mold in our bathroom.

Thank you for taking the time to bring attention to items that you care about. I am sorry that perhaps you have not had a chance to check out the pool this summer. We opened it June 10th. The hot tub is up and running as well. On occasion it needs to be refilled and that cools the water down conside rably. We take organic growth very seriously. If you have anything growing anywhere you need to call or email the office and we will get it taken care of immediately. I sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to change the way you feel about the Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs

Random nonsensical fees, incorrect billing statements, rarely available parking spots, drafty apartments, nonexistent staff, who never pick up the phone, open the office, respond to emails, nor respond to voicemails. They got bought out by Benedict Canyon Equities of Los Angeles last year, and it has gone downhill ever since. RUN.
My girlfriend and I flew from out of state to tour these apartments. We scheduled an appointment with Blakelee for 1PM on the day we were out there. When we arrived, the door to the leasing office was locked and no one was there to let us in. We called and left 3 voice messages, emailed, and waited 20 minutes after our appointment time. Not only did no one show up, no one even bothered to give us a call back or respond to our messages. If the management of this complex cannot even bother to show up for their scheduled tours, then you should have no faith that they will respond to your needs as a tenant in a timely manner.
These apartments are truly hidden gems. We found them by mistake and they are so quiet, woodsy and relaxing to be at. The apartments are spacious with many amenities. Most of all the staff and folks who run it are easy to work with and here to help. It feels like one big family up here. You should come join us.
Wow, well kept secret. Hidden away on Cheyenne Mountain, quiet with breath taking views of Colorado Springs. Apartments seem more like a house with interesting architectural features.Staff are great and respond immediately when needed. Love, love love living here! I would recommend this place to anyone!

A beautiful setting up against the Rocky Mountains with a beautiful view of Colorado Springs in one direction and the rugged mountains in the other. The apartments are comfortable and modern, but the maintenance is thin and performed patchwork style. There is 24 hour access to a very rudimentary fitness center only if management buys and supplies key tags, which they do not. Few residents stay longer than their leases and moving vans are in the complex frequently.

I was extremely disappointed with the idea of having to move from a house into an apartment complex. However, The Pines was one of the first places I visited and it won me over instantly because of its peaceful cabin in the woods-like setting and beautiful layout. In our second floor apartment, we have gorgeous views of the city at night and forest views from our living room and bedroom balcony. With vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, central air, garage, and fireplace we feel like we are living in luxury here. The location is perfect surrounded by million dollar gated communities, gorgeous mountain views, and plenty of grassy spaces & nearby parks to walk our dogs. The only negative we have experienced so far is that the pool has still not been opened for the season (It is late June now) and we are learning that finding a bear inside the dumpster when you go to throw out trash is pretty common. However, I love coming home everyday and am so glad we found this place!
We visited and fell in love with the floor plan. The units are very spacious with plenty of light. We really love the wood burning fireplace. The community is very secluded and quite which we really like.
