Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

Property Ratings at The Pines at Q Plaza Apartments
Do not rent here if you want to share a water heater with everyone and management does not answer their emails phones or anything like that It also takes one of your friends or family members to actually walk in and give them your notice as they do not like to stay open past five even if you get there before five they are closed at like 445, 430 they also make it very difficult for an ESA to be within the building. Even if you have a signed letter from a licensed doctor. This place is absolutely trash and I will never live here again I am a current resident have been for a year now and I will never recommend anybody to live here. I absolutely had a horrible experience here with maintenance management and everything else. I even had to show up in person as they gave me a seven day notice even though they knew that I had a check coming from my work in the mail because it was a bonus, and that my job had actually called them, and physically told them that it was being mailed out and they still tried to give me a eviction notice early And a seven day notice yet I already was trying to contact them email them for the past two weeks and they have never bothered to read their emails or reach back out to me so if you want to live here good luck

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our office hours are until 5:00 pm daily, and we're committed to addressing all inquiries promptly during business hours. Regarding ESAs, we follow legal guidelines to ensure compliance. Sharing a water heater is in line with city code regulations and is common in multi-unit buildings. Notices are issued according to fair housing policies, and we strive to communicate openly with our residents. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to reach out directly with any concerns.
This place was awful I've lived in a lot of places in the past and this was by far the worst one. They have Oriental cockroaches that roam the streets at night and invade peoples homes and when I first tried to talk to the office about it they said it's normal and I should just learn to live with them. Many pest control specialists told me that is NOT the case at all and yet it would still take them about a month to do anything about it. Them "doing something about it" was having a specialist come spray 2 areas of the house and call it good. They didn't even start laying traps until I started to first. Dozens and dozens on a trap within a week or two! It was disgusting and they didn't care at all. Then of course their were the mice and rats living under my kitchen sink. All they did for that was lay 2 traps one time and the entire year I lived there they never did anything about it again. Don't even get me started on maintenance! If something went wrong or broke you had to pester them to fix it or else it would be over a month before they sent anyone over. Ridiculous apartments. About 2 months toward the end of my lease they sent an option to renew their lease and I emailed back saying I would not be and they "lost" the email so now I had to pay over $1000 for an "early move out fee" that shouldn't existed especially since I never moved out early. I will continue to warn people about this place it's run by slumlords who could care less about you And they definitely proved that to me time and time again especially when our heater went out and it took them a couple weeks to come fix it because I pestered them And they didn't care that we were freezing they were concerned about the pipes! Awful place run and stay far away from here I could go on and on about the things I've seen here and experienced that I shouldn't have.

It saddens us to read this misrepresentation of our community. We seek to resolve any maintenance or pest concerns in a timely manner, and we regret that you feel we missed the mark with you. We wish you the best.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I liveed here in 2022. The place is a safty hazard. They dont care about there residence i was denied a tour of the apartment. When i did enter it finally the place still had hair from the last tenet stuck to the walls. The carpets dirty and i can hear everything. Its a dangerous place to live. Not to mention i noticed a few days into liveing there that there were roaches. You dont see them til you start putting things away but once i did they were everywhere. Contacted maintenance to send someone out and all they did was leave some hotels for them which quikly filled up they said they would fallow up but wouldnt come back til i messaged again to complain. They ruined all of my electronics and my furniture I had to throw almost evrmerything away. Not to mention they where everywhere want to sleep have fun with a roach running across your face. Need to shower wash the roach down the drain first. Need to use the restroom lift that toilet seat or your in for a nasty surprise. Need to use the kitchen have fun washing the raoches out of your pans first. When I moved out the lady already knew why before I even wrote it down. They know there's a problem and do nothing to fix it.
I currently live here and they are simply refusing to renew my lease because I’ve had so many issues with repairs needed done and they don’t like when you complain about it.
Property management is the worse. They non-responsive and very rude. Had to live with water damage and holes and mold in my ceiling for months. I had to call the Health Department to get them to do their jobs. They have also had several fires at the complex over the last couple of years. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. What a hole, close it down immediately for the sake of humanity!!!
It's a dump. Not kept up. Buildings are so dirty. Carpet is disgusting in public areas, charge you for a pool that never opens, office staff hard to get a response from. Only rented here because needed to get out of an unsafe situation ASAP. Note: the only decent review isn't for the Pines, it's for another property. Just don't.
The parking lot is like driving on the moon. You have to drive erratically just to miss the holes in the cement. The apartment maintenance team is awful. They don't fix things they rig things to stay "fixed" temporarily. The apartment staff/management is a disgrace. They have no idea how to treat people and they bully their tenants. There is no way I would pay a penny to live here and I certainly wouldn't want anyone I love to live here.
After reading all the reviews I have to agree this place is horrible the violence here is terrible there's people always fighting the police are always here. it's loud cars going through here like it's a highway it's dangerous to let your kids go out and play without cars almost hitting them or other kids assaulting them I personally had to wait 8 months to get a stove that worked correctly do not do not do not rent from this apartment. Not that you'll be able to get ahold of anybody in office to rent from this place even though they supposedly have people dedicated for that. And if you do manage to rent from these people make sure you do your walk through completely because it will take you months and months to get anything you want fixed
Miss the last management crew from when it was Wentworth USA at least they were professional and whoever decided to tear down the brick walls for the trash bins were idiots because now you have wooden fences that are all broken up and look likes trash themselves and trash is everywhere every day. Take a good walk around and you will realize what type of people are caring for this place it's disgusting. Do not be fooled by the advertisement pictures. The other negative reviews that I have read is totally true. There are children that live in this complex and you have idiots that race in their vehicles through here. vehicles have been broken into also. You go to the office and you have all them employees up there and they are always busy so you can be up there for an hour before you can even get attended to. Awful beating music late at nights, don't think that you can even enjoy opening your windows in the evening, drug activities are definitely happening here, police are always here. AWFUL MANAGEMENT, AWFUL STAFF MEMBERS, AWFUL SURROUNDINGS.
This place didn't have my apartment ready when they said it would be so I couldn't move in and became homeless and they kept my SECURITY deposit have to take them to court for it now
Do not rent from this place. Horrible horrible. Maintenance is horrible. Staff is awful!!!!!!!!! Do not ask for an repairs ever will never see it EVER!!!! No security lights and the cops are at this place all the time. Neighbors are horrible because the walls are paper thin. AWFUL AWFUL Place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wentworth USA is a spectacular place to live as a modest apartment or townhome. The grounds are maintained well and the office is friendly and wonderfully helpful. The apartments themselves, while slightly dated, are kept up well and clean upon move in. If a work order is put in to have maintenance done, it has been my experience that it is handled with the utmost haste and quality. Overall, I have no complaints other than it gets a little noisy every once in awhile. Terrific place to live!
