I love how Reagan Lee worked with me and my sister. She communicated with us so well and made sure our problems were taken care of. She definitely took her time with us and was very respectful. The scenery is nice. I love the apartments and they are very clean.
It can get noisy at times but overall I love it out here and would stay as long as I can
I would recommend because they are some nice Apartments I will not recommend because how thin the walls and the floors are
I'm just disappointed at the way people dispose of their trash and speed in and out of the property. Very dangerous!
I would recommend it because it is a nice well kept apartment complex from what I can see. Only bad thing I would say is that if the breezes ways are dirty the whole building gets in trouble for it and I dont even sit in the breeze ways to leave anything nor do my children play out there so I dont think that is fair small roach problem but I'm glad you all come and spray often

The drawback is that the way the Water is handled. The Bill I just got was from Dec18 - January 19. My meter is 12500 gallons LESS THAN THE BILLED METER READING. We are being charged for 5500 gallons and 5440 gallons. Our documented usage is 12000 gallons LESS. Several of our neighbors Are filing with the ECUA to look into billing practices for those of us who pay for water and sewage.
The is very nice place to live.it will better if some of the ppl that live in here will help keep it up.but this my home.
When looking for an apartment you need certain ingredients. One, look to see how cordial the office staff is. Two,see how clean the environment around the establishment is. Three,my recommendation to family and friends play a vital and honest part in coming into this community. I am looking forward to become a Happy Resident in The Pines at Warrington.

The pines has come a long way but with a lot of the tenants here they still have a long way to go once that gets right this place should be great
I would because the office woman are friendly and helpful and the maintenance comes within 24 hours
My request was completed within 8 hours of me putting it in. Every issue was properly fixed and the area was left clean.
Went and applied there and placed my deposit to hold the appartment after 2 weeks of not knowing if I was going to be able to move in or if they would have one available in the coming weeks I decided to go to a different place. I didn't get any of my deposit back because it was after 48 hours (was not aware of this) I gave them roughly 2 weeks to get me info and when they couldn't I decided not to live there. Walking threw the complex it was full of trash and not well maintained. I do have to say the appartment I only got to look at was decent but managment was a problem
DRUG SALES AND SHOOTINGS, 4 PEOPLE GOT MURDERED IN LAST FEW YEARS IN PARKING LOT. TERRIBLE LADY MANAGERS, THEY ALSO DO MONTHLY PEST CONTROL INSIDE YOUR APARTMENT WITH THER OWN KEY AND COME IN WHETHER YOUR HOME OR NOT, AND DOE QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS WALKING THROUGH YOUR APARTMENT, THEY DONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOU ALREADY TRANSFERRED THE POWER AND COME IN TO SIGN THE LEASE AGREEMENT. VERY DISTURBING LADIES IN THE OFFICE, TAKY.
My 2 bdrm/2 bath apt is very spacious & the walk-in closets, in both bedrooms are wonderful. The kitchen is open & has adequate cabinet & counter space. Lovely pool & park for my grandson & the staff is extremely helpful & kind. The location is within walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants & banks.
