Property Ratings at The Pines
Moved in two years ago and loving it. Best place to move to

We love having you here! Thanks for sharing and we look forward to your continued residency!
Great layout of apartment buildings. Almost a park-like setting. Office staff is pleasant, professional and treats you like a neighbor not just a rental check. Entire property is well kept (year around) and maintenance is as prompt as possible. Five minutes from major highways and shopping for just about anything you could want.

We're so glad to hear that, as your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities! We hope you know how much we appreciate your five-star feedback, and please let us know if you need anything in the future.
I lived there for two years and I must say, the last year I lived there was the worst, this is when they hired a new property manager. The property itself, not the best. Grounds are not kept clean. Pretty much people do what they want. Trash all over the parking lot and when complaints were made, I was ignored. Only trash is included. Save your money elsewhere.

The customer service at office is polite and courteous. Nice apartments at a good price
Now I have lived at a few apartment complexes but this place by far is the worse when it comes to their office staff. They are never there in the office, don't return calls, and when your trying to move out and end your lease they are the least helpful people and are trying to charge you for everything to take away your security depósit. I have never hated an apartment complex so much then I do this place. Lived there the last 5 years and it's went from being decent to the worse place ever. Someone should fire Yolanda the office head lady because she does nothing for her guest and is so rude to anyone that comes in the office. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know.
This is the worst place I have ever lived, they lie to you in your lease when you try to move out, the neighbors were loud and played music all night long while you tried to sleep, and when I moved in there where bugs in my apartment. I had to ask twice to have my apartment sprayed for bugs and spiders. also the pool that is "Included" in your rent was not open most of the summer due to security issues.

The Pines is a great place for a young person moving out on their own for the first time, similar to myself. The rent is low compared to most other apartments in the area and it's by no means a terrible place, but it does leave some to be desired. The parking is sub par. There are not enough spaces in some areas which results in sometimes having to park far away. Kids are not supposed to play in the parking areas, but nobody enforces those rules and often times you have to dodge balls and bikes when parking. There is a diverse mix of residents. Some are friendly and will wave hello, others ride around in their beat up cars with loud mufflers and disrespectful music and yell at odd hours of the night. The apartment itself is good, however the appliances are somewhat cheap. There is a pool and weight room that are in pretty good condition. The staff is friendly and I've never had any problems with them. The ability to pay rent online and also submit maintenance requests online is very nice. I've been here a year and a half and will be probably be here only 1 or 2 more years, but for a young person looking for your first apartment, it is a good place to start.
