Property Ratings at The Pines on Spring Rain
They're very helpful and kind and quick to find a solution until you sign the lease. Then you're lucky if they'll hear you out on anything at all and it's getting worse every month

They offer move in specials for a reason! Been here 4 months and my move in maintenance requests have still not been fulfilled. Fire alarm started beeping and it wakes me up, put in a request a month ago, still not done. Nicole in the front specifically told me other people’s request are more important as people have been without AC for a while. Yikes. They don’t answer phone calls so going in person is you’re only go to just for them to tell you put in a request online. Counting down when I can leave and expecting backlash for this review because they do get snappy.
This use to be a nice place to live. The new office staff are rude and they seem to be clueless. The apartment complex has gone down in the 3 years I have been here. I would advise you to look further then this place. Apartments not worth the price.

Thank you for the review. We hope you would stop in and meet our new team. They will be happy to help you in any way. We hope we get the change to make your review 5 Stars!
I wasn’t expecting such a smooth and easy process, but Julie is the Apartment management, and she made it great! I was very excited to be informed about all the amenities that came with my unit, including a washer and dryer a big plus! Overall I am excited to be moved into a great community, and Julie is to thank for that!
I have to say that I am super happy to live here! We move to the Ravinia about 3 months ago. This is the 1st home we are renting as a newly weds, so this is a pretty special place for us. Every time I come to the office they greet me with a smile and I feel welcome. My dog Bella loves the assistant manager and the maintenance team. Every one is very professional and respectful. When Bella was sick the assistant manager called me to check on her. I think that was super nice as she is the world to us. We enjoy going to the dog park every morning. When I call to get something fix they are quick to take care of it. I am letting the world know Ravinia is the best place to live in they have everything. They definitely get 5 stars.
I am living in this apartments for past three years. Had no issues or complaints with previous Management. Office staff are the best before Mission Rock took over. I had complained about water leak in the kitchen sink almost 3 months back and maintenance staff came four times in this three months and not able to fix the small issue and saying that it will leak like that in every apartment. What a joke. They increased my apartment rent for the new lease but not able to take care of even small issues.Apartment rents are high for this area and for this old apartment complex.Lot of new apartment complexes came up in this area and have better price.Waiting for my lease to end here to move out from this place. Would not recommend this apartments to anyone
I wrote the review below, "What?" and the manager's reply must just be an auto thing. I have called, gone into the office NUMEROUS times, emailed pictures of overflowing trash/dog waste stations, green pool etc and after you're here 30 days (in other words bound by your lease) you can "speak" all you want and NO RESOLUTION! The pool is no longer green but that's because it's October and no one is using it. It was green more days than not the entire summer. That response is a true representation of the management mode here; no thought, no attention, just say what sounds good and keep on keeping on. Grrrrrrr!!!!! I tried to choose 'fair' but kept coming up blank and wouldn't let me post without a rating. It was hard to even get average, took about 10 tries.
Property Manager at The Pines on Spring Rain, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. The pool was green back in June due to the pool pump going out. It did unfortunately take about 3 days to get this fixed so the water was green during that time. As for the trash, we have recommended that the pickup time be increased. We hope to have a resolution to this soon. If you have more concerns, please do not hesitate to stop by the office and speak with us.
When I first moved in here it was clean everyday, beautifully manicured, the pool was clear and inviting and the only con was the lack of adequate parking. There is certainly not enough parking spaces available and what is available is really narrow so dings come with the rent. Since that time I've noticed the grounds keep getting messier and trash can be left for days. The neat manicure is now a quick mow when the grass gets tall enough to curl over. I used to feel comfortable walking the grounds at night, especially the times when I had to park outside the gate. Now I cringe when I can't park close to my building. I think there used to be more lights but maybe it just feels creepier. The fully upgraded apartments are at the high end of the rent so the tenant is actually buying the flooring, cabinets and appliances over and over. The maintenance staff seems to change more often than the weather and the office has had 3 managers in less than a year. The comments about the office staff being friendly is true but for me friendly doesn't make up for the lack of quality. I don't recommend this place anymore!

Best and friendliest staff I've ever met. if I had any issues they resolved them immediately. the staff made it so that I didn't have to worry about anything. being an Army Vet that is extremely important.
The office staff is amazing, very attentive to the residents. Bugs are kind of bad but understandable in the wooded area. My apartment is upgraded and very pretty. Its very quiet, barely hear any of my neighbors and when I do they are very polite. Parking spots are very small. Worth it to get covered parking. They have barely any visitor parking, but they have mentioned to be working on that.
Great place to live. Staff are great and very warm welcoming. Place is clean and neighbors are polite and to themselves. Great location !
