i am from 5300 building ,i was so happy that office reacted to my maintenance issue so professionaly ,this property is realy getting so much better with that new managment
Living in this apartment is really a nice experience. The location and amenities are quite good, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment. However, I have noticed that some people tend to exaggerate or provide inaccurate information about the place. It's important to remember that not everything you hear reflects the reality. Overall, it's a great place to live for those who are realistic about their expectations
Mice issue solved and no longer seeing them. Maintenance is good and they always here to help. People always put comments about bad things in believe we should mention about good ones too
Mice always comes back. I've seen dead ones outside that would be left there for several days. There's gaps and holes in the foundation so they always manage to get in. Lots of huge grasshoppers. Nothing was built or sealed correctly. It's takes a long time to hit help. No 24 hour maintenance as mentioned. No sense of urgency. Not worth the price.

the pines you will found the peace and quiet perfect neighborhood and safe for kids
I keep my place spotless and the mice that's on this place is ridiculous, no matter what you do they come back cause it's so many gaps everywhere, yall need exterminaters and get maintenance or whoever to keep this area clean, I'm so over this place I haven't signed my lease to renew yet. I have another month to find somewhere other then this rat infested place...I'M BEYOND FRUSTRATED AND ABOUT TO CALL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

mice, roaches, exterminators who don’t exterminate, leasing office that doesn’t do anything but have an attitude whenever you can finally get in contact with them and hang up on you. call their corporate, bfmgmt to get a real response, or just save your money and don’t move here

Two times within the same year found mice in apartment. Landlord refuses to act in a timely manner to fix problem. Bugs all over as well. Then the enhance the price of rent more in 1 year then they do in 5 years combined. Terribly run business, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
