Just moved in recently and I love the building!! My apartment is nothing short of the pictures. Move in process was smooth and Lauren was so informative and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Another plus is the coupon I got for tenant referrals most place I have lived have not done this.
Have been living here for a few months now and I love it! Apartments are beautiful along with the views! A new management company just brought the property I can already see they take pride in their buildings and keeping it clean. The new staff are so welcoming and friendly. Fast service when it comes to any questions or concerns

I’m a current resident here and I’m super excited for the new property management team. I have personally met Lauren and Ed. Lauren always has a smile on her face and knew my name by the second time she met me...NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She has been so helpful with my million and one questions (even after hours) and has not once got annoyed by them. Ed seems very knowledgeable about what he is doing can’t wait to have a maintenance super that actually knows How to fix things and takes pride in the building!! Hoping for better things to come and maybe some fun community events

I was excited by the images that they posted, but the guy supposed to be showing me never showed up, so I never got to see the unit. I scheduled a month in advance, answered a confirmation message that I was coming today, called the company and the guy specifically, and nothing. So I'm already not a fan of the people in charge of the property. The surrounding area is not great. I like that there is a university athletic field across the street, but the rest of the surrounding area is sketchy. They claim in their posting that this place is close to lots of nice little shops and restaurants, but I spent some time walking around and that could not be further from the truth. Overall these units may be nice, but the staff is clearly unprofessional and this property has nothing of significant interest around it. Thanks for wasting my time, Pinnacle.
