Don't move here
The apartments are falling apart. The floor is caving in. The toilets don't work. The ac stops working the first hot day, and good luck getting it fixed. Noone ever responds to you, doesn't matter if you email or call. They charge a ridiculous amount for such a small rundown apartment. The parking situation isn't terrible if you can get a parking pass, but again good luck with that, they make up every reason why they "cant" give you a pass, even when its stated in your lease that you're entitled to a covered parking spot. They make up fees and change policies without warning. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I love my new community. It is clean safe and very quiet. My unit is cozy and I rarely hear any commotion from outside. I would hands down recommended this to anyone who will listen. The community is wonderful, the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

missing something, cant quite put a finger on it
Maybe its the poor maintenance or the lack care for people after they sign the lease. Orrrrrrr maybe its the new look on the outside with no improvements on the inside, yet rent continues to increase... thank goodness the neighborhood is quiet. Always smells like French fries, that's a major plus.
