We are loving living at the Pinnacle at Stone Creek Falls. It’s very dog and other pet friendly. The amenities are wonderful with a pool and gym. The apartment the luxury aspect of the apartment itself is top tier with black hardware throughout.

Going on 9 months here at Stone Creek Apts ,and it is MORE than I expected the staff is WONDERFUL anything that needs attention WILL get resolved in a timely matter canyon view properties REALLY did go ABOVE and BEYOND and very generous on building these apartments they spared no expense just the details the little things they have added to these apartments shows how this company cares about their properties shows that they take PRIDE in their workmanship NO regrets , I'am VERY happy and PLEASED that I have chosen to reside at Stone Creek Apartments

The pond is amazing and my neighbors have offered a helping hand numerous times! Every night when the waters not frozen we get a big flock of geese that come in and make quite a ruckus! The walking trail is great!

All of the facilities and apartments are really nice but the amount of parking available is terrible. Also, thought the ponds wouldn’t take so long to get stocked and ready to use.

Great community and place to live, definitely a luxurious feeling for everyone. It’s quiet and safe. Pricing is okay, it’s more so manageable for those who have a permanent job or those who have retired and just want to live care free. Great place to live. Have had some issues with humidity and also I feel they could have possibly tried to insulate the building a bit better or something. Downstairs neighbors complain they “hear every move we make”, even when we are just sitting on the couch. But the office staff has been as helpful as possible when dealing with any concerns we may have!

Good property for the most part. They're not well insulated at all, you can hear everything from the tenants above or below you and the utility bill is high for an apartment even when you're barely home to use them. The amenities are nice and the pond and walk way are nice.

Wanted to shout out to all three ladies that work in the office! They really are terrific and they treat me like family. They even provided coffee creamer the other morning when I was having a coffee crisis! The maintenance boys are also top notch, things get looked at/fixed pretty quickly! We have loved living here at Stone Creek Falls! It is a beautiful community in a very convenient location. It’s a pet friendly neighborhood that includes a dog run and lots of walking areas. There is a large pool for swimming in the summer and a playground for the kids. And we have some awesome neighbors??.

Beautiful apartments, great maintenance crew, first day moved in and had a faulty hot water heater and problems with the fridge and ac, all three were fixed the same day and the plumbers even worked overtime to make sure we had hot water for the weekend before they were closed. Pretty quiet and safe neighborhood and nice amenities. The staff is very polite as well.

I love my apartment, the amenities, and the staff. I love that they allow pets however, that's also my one complaint. People just let their dogs poop EVERYWHERE and don't clean it. Even right outside of your patio, it's the most frustrating thing.

Neighbors are friendly and the complex is very quite at night. The parking lot and entire complex is well lit providing a safe and secure environment.

Love all of it and all the neighbors are awesome . The pool and gym are perfect and love view from my balcony is in the best location Also if you have questions or concerns and need you’re questions answered the staff on the property are there 100 percent.

Everyone is very nice here. It’s where neighbors help their fellow neighbors out when needed. Very quiet for the most part. Lots of family’s with family pets. Our Luna has met a lot of friends.

Very friendly and peaceful community. Feel completely safe here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy taking a book and a cup of coffee and just hanging out in the clubhouse a couple times a week.

The pinnacle community is well kept and clean. Its quite and all of the neighbors are very friendly. My family’s favorite amenities are the little playground and the pool!!
