Amazing building to live in!

I’ve been living at The Pinnacle for about 3 years, my experience has been amazing. The location is great close to everything, the school system is also amazing! When ever I have an issue The Pinnacle is always at reach!

This apartment is a newly built building, and the condition of the building is good and transportation is convenient. And the building is well maintained and responds quickly to repair requests. I'm living with satisfaction.

Jason Concepcion - Great management and staff! Amazing building

This building has been nothing but great to me. From Donte to Nicholle to David they are all a delight to know and have representing the pinnacle. Would highly recommend to live here! Spacious units with some great views and minutes away from New York. Been here for 3 years and I’ve been comfortable since the beginning.

High rise living

Nicole is great at her title, addresses any concerns in a timely matter. I’m really impressed with the super, he’s great and gets the job done expeditiously! I’ve been here for three years and I’m not seeking to leave any time soon for the most part.

The building is kept in pristine condition, and maintenance requests are answered and resolved in a timely manner. Wonder property manager as well.

Property Manager Issue

I’ve lived in 10+ different highrise apartments for over 15 years and never had this kind of experience with a property manager even before moving in. The property manager is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My fiancé and I gave all the detailed info about moving in date, maintenance notes, etc., via email/text/call multiple times, and nothing has been addressed. Not aware of anything, literally nothing about the tenant's info or requests. It seems like she has almost zero sense of how her role’s supposed to be. The utmost sign of unprofessionalism and insecurity she has is a nasty attitude while we reiterated all the necessary again, for the third time(!), in the most respectful way possible. In return, what we got was hanging up on us with an aggressive/emotional attitude. If you’re not ready or capable of this job, just don’t let your poor performance ruin all the other good parts of this property.

5 star building and management

I moved in a while back and have loved my time here. Jason, our property manager, was so helpful with my move-in and continues to help in any way he can. The super always comes in a timely fashion in case something breaks. The building is always clean and smells great. I would recommend the Pinnacle to anyone looking to move to Fort Lee. Its location overlooking the Hudson, GWB and Manhattan skyline is unparalleled.
