We have lived at The Pioneer Apartments for over a year now. The newness of a fun community, incredible gym, and attentive staff has not worn off. The close proximity to public transportation to downtown Boston and the airport is bonus. No parking fees or uber necessary! Free community athletic classes help change up work outs. We can’t wait for the pool to reopen, sit by the fire pits and enjoy grilling out. We love it here and would highly recommend it.

Nice area,good place if you need to live safe quiet and peaceful. The Pioneer appartement look like the paradise and the sky.I feelhappy when I finished to work to get my house because inside we have good place to enjoy and relaxing like billard,golf room,media room,little library and beautiful Bar.

Great amenities and greater management team! Huge emphasis on the management team here, because a lot of the buildings these days only have leasing team and leave tenants alone when there’s help needed, Pioneer’s team is the exact opposite of that, and that why we stayed here for 2 years already and intend to renew when the time comes!

2 Year resident here. There use to be comedy With Unlimited drinks and 10 comedians. Definitely bring that back. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helping with anything I need. I feel safe at all times, The physical space is stunning both inside the apartment and outside in the common spaces. Overall, I could not be happier with my choice to move into this Buzzuto building. I am overjoyed and feel truly at home.

Our first year at the Pioneer was an experience. My wife and I both love all there is to offer. We visit the gym occasionally. While the pool was open my wife loved to sit in the sun close to the water. And I would occasionally let the water sooth my aches and pain on my back. All our neighbors are super respectful and quiet as well. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

the constant daily construction is incredibly disruptive. My apt is on the construction side. I get waken up every morning & some days can't work from home because of the constant noise. They're so far from being finished. My lease will probably end before the buildings are completed. The fixtures in the apartment are crooked and look cheap. Shoddy construction job. Can also hear neighbors conversations, tvs & dog barking because of the thin walls. The amenities are sub par. There's no party room that's nice enough to host in. To use the pool in the summer you have to get a pass from the office EVERY TIME. Golf simulator has been broken for some time now with no estimate of when to expect it working again. Trash rooms smell disgusting (I know it's a trash room but I have never lived in a "luxury" building whose trash room smells so foul). This place is not worth the money. Plenty of better buildings. Only positives are the gym/ yoga room/ peloton room & kind management.

My husband and I moved to the Pioneer site unseen nine months ago. We have not been disappointed! The amenities (the gym, outside grills, fire pits, roof top, the pool, golf simulator, the lounge…) exceeded our expectations. The staff and maintenance crew have been helpful as well as delightful. The residents have been kind and friendly. We’ve attended a few of the community events which have given us the opportunity to meet our neighbors. We do not have any regrets joining the Pioneer family.

Beautiful amenities, I overall LOVE my new apartment. Maintenance fixes things almost instantly- you barely realize they're broken. Big windows and courtyard view feels like a resort. Only 4 stars due to parking- they are starting construction so there is a waitlist for the parking garage right now.

Very simple and easy. Staff is wonderful, kind and very responsive. Only complaint is that the apartment was not well cleaned. We had to clean everywhere which was difficult and painful when moving in.

Overall I like the building and the amenities. However living in an active construction zone with the amount of apartments they are building is not worth it with how high the rent is

It's been great so far! We love how easy everything is and how excellent the facility is! So far, our only complaint is a loud neighbor and slightly thin ceilings; although the building has a carpeting policy, it's still fairly loud, and you can hear them walking and stomping.

Been living at the Pioneer for over a year now and it is a fun and welcoming environment. Only downside is some of the community amenities are not receiving the necessary routine maintenance to be able to function for everyone else, such as the golf simulator (which has been ongoing since I moved in) and the rooftop grills.

We love living here at The Pioneer - the apartment is open and spacious, amenities are amazing (gym, pool, grills, golf simulator, fire pits, roof top, several rooms to work out of and do zoom calls…we’ve used them all! ) If anything minor is an issue from a broken blind to a toilet chain, we have gotten it fixed within hours. We’ve never lived in an apartment before and not sure if we’d ever want to leave. Think we hit the jackpot when we found this jewel. The staff is friendly and very helpful!

The location and amenities are great love being close to the city. Plenty of public transportation options as well and very close to the highway.

My overall experience has been very satisfying. The complex boasts not only luxurious amenities but also maintains a high standard of cleanliness, providing a very comfortable living environment. The surroundings are beautiful with lush greenery and a variety of recreational facilities, making it a relaxing and enjoyable place to live. One aspect that stands out is the friendly attitude of the staff. During the moving process, they offered a lot of assistance, from handling items to helping with organization, all with great patience and professionalism. Their thoughtful service significantly eased our moving stress and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Of course, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, some minor repairs in the room were slightly lacking upon move-in.

Great amenities in the building. Staff and neighbors are great. Would just love for the amenities to be available. The outdoor space and most of the doors inside lock at a certain time. I believe if we have a committee to clean or ensure peace and safety. We could have amenities available

Living at the pioneer has been great so far! The amenities are fantastic and the staff are always friendly. I love going downstairs to grab a coffee at the common grounds every morning.

Live living at Pioneer! Have rented a million apartments before, but this one feels like a place I can call home and the ameneties are beyond amazing! Especially the cool fitness classes every month... I look forward to them.

It’s been great so far! No bad experiences. Staff is awesome. The gym is pretty decent and there are tons of amenities. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors.

Staff and nice and helpful. Amenities are also nice and clean. Location is the best part as well as having a pool especially this close to the city

Love living at the pioneer. The staff is amazing and I really appreciate how clean the building is on a regular basis. My only complaint is I wish the mgmt company would fix the golf simulator. It hasn’t been working well since last winter. If we can get that fixed that would be great!

We love living at the Pioneer! Having renewed my lease for a third time, our experience at the Pioneer only keeps getting better. The management and maintenance teams are amazing and resolve any issues very quickly. We have a great mix of events but would love to see more building sponsored events to foster more of a community.

Things have been going really well here. I have enjoyed my stay here the staff has been super nice and friendly. It is convenient having the cafe here. The amenities are always well kept and the place always has a nice exterior.

Road noise is loud on outward facing apartments and flooring is somehow not level. Also they've wired cat5 for phone lines instead of Ethernet (it's an easy fix but why not just run cat6)? Definitely not the only place it feels the builders took shortcuts. Otherwise everything else about the building is nice, but some of the newer buildings have nicer hardware. Definitely the best gym in the area (woodway treadmills and deadlift platform with power rack).

I had a wonderful time here. The ambience of the common spaces is cozy and the architecture and design of the building is exquisite. The amenities are also great.

Awesome apartment. They really care for the residents. Have awesome big gym. They also have lots of social events ensuring community bonding activities.
