The management team does not help guests. Pest infestation and repairs never get done trash is never picked up
German roaches. We've done 2 bug bombs, caulked open cracks, among other stuff and the apartment told us they've done everything they could. Absolutely useless. Plus you pay for valet trash and they will never come and pick it up. I've talked to both Ally Waste and the complex. Not worth it. Don't move here. You have to be an absolute hassle for them to do anything. Even safety issues. No one cares about it once they get you in the lease.

Roaches are a big issue, appliances does not work, customer service is not the best
Price is a good deal for the space but maintenence and office staff struggle to maintain quality.
Spacious apartments with garage and car ports available. Easy access to amenities and freeways.
Ive been living here at 1825 apartments for 18 and 1/2 years and overall I really like it here and the management that is here now has been the Best. I Thank them for all of there help
My unit was not ready the day I was scheduled to move in. Maintenance doesn't exist during office hours. Great sized units. Great looking pool that we have never used because it always seems trashed or dirty. You get what you pay for but with increasing rent, you would expect better service.

Nice apartments. Very roomy. Management sends emails to keep us informed of the emergency situations. Grounds are kept well.
Sage use to be a great place to live but now I am not satisfied . Probably will be leaving next year when lease is up. Managers are friendly sometimes perhaps over worked. Maintenance could be lots better, The rent is not worth it. Security is needed People with dogs should take them to dog areas. All dogs should be on lease. Tenanents who stay above other tenanants should be considerate of others.below them.

Apt is a good value, very nice layout for the money. Parking sucks. Maintenance is not the greatest.
Poor management no professionallism and good luck getting maintenance or speaking with someone who answer your questions.

Only stay at Sage 1825 if you are able and willing to handle any maintenance issues because your maintenance requests will NEVER be attended to.
Whenever I put in a work order they always come on time, and take care of the problem.
If youre thinking about moving here, dont unless youre okay with subpar living standards.
Don’t trust the good reviews, they pay people to leave good reviews. There isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said. Management is bad and maintenance is awful. You can have something broken for months and they will never fix it. Me and most of my neighbors ended up just buying new appliances ourselves, or hiring outside maintenance to fix things, because no matter how many times we contacted sage 1825, nothing was done. So if you choose to live here, just know that if you have anything in your apartment that breaks, or if you have any issues like constant flooding, broken air conditioner, etc., nothing will be done about it at all…By the way Sage Property Manager, because I know you are going to respond to this, don’t waste your time by telling me to contact you, because I have tried to contact you by phone and email multiple times.

My fridge has been broken for months and 2 visits still hasn't fixed it. Office never got back with me or come to replace my fridge. Food has spoiled the maintenance guy left some food out the freezer that went bad and I had to buy a mini fridge. Fix this issue asap.

I only have a short term lease (moving into a house this summer), but staff is really friendly, grounds are always clean and the community is quiet. I think the place has had some bad things happen at it that arent really in managements control (hence bad reviews) but they seem to really have turned it around, atleast while Ive been here. Danielle was very sweet and fast at getting everything over to me and when there was a mixup in some things with lease term, she was very apologetic and quick to fix it. Ive never had to call the office since I moved in (except to get parking pass and my roof was leaking right when I moved in but was quickly fixed)- a good sign that upkeep is really important to the management company. Overall its a nice, quiet community with some fairly priced large one bedroom layouts.

, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This place is an absolute dump. I have lived here for over a year and seen atleast 2 to 3 management companies take over. My wife fell through the balcony flooring after we had told the complex about it 5 months prior. There are roaches and tons of issues with the place that they won't fix. I still have damage on my ceiling from a roof leak that happened 3 months ago. DONT COME HERE!!

I’ve lived here for 16 months and wish I had never signed the first contract. This place is a dump even after multiple visits to the office about dog poop and trash just lying outside, kids toys laying out everywhere, and did I mention poop? ??On top of that they couldn’t keep their records straight and kept asking me to resign my lease. Twice. Within a couple of months. Then they said I owed a balance after I’ve been paying the same (which is way too much for this trashy place btw) and by then I had enough. Because on top of that there have been multiple sketchy occurrences including people lurking in empty apartments late at night with flashlights. Maybe it’s just this area but the amount of trash and the issues with my lease and payment are unacceptable. If you are looking for an apartment that is safe, this is not for you. If you want a place with friendly neighbors, nope! If you want a staff that actually cares for the grounds, you won’t get that. And if you want to avoid a large payment for a dump, choose elsewhere to live.

I have lived here for less than a year and can safely say this is the worst management I have ever seen in an apartment. They have supposedly changed management since we've moved in, yet nothing has changed. When you go in to make a report, they seem to want to make the repairs requested, but then make no contact, they do not follow-up, they say they will send someone yet no one shows up. When we first saw this apartment they display pictures of a completely different unit. We moved here from California with no way of seeing the apartment in person. WE WERE CATFISHED. When we started the signing process they were on top of every call and every email yet once we signed they NEVER returned our emails requesting photos of our actual unit. They boast these beautiful apartments but place us in a completely different unit. When we showed up on our move in date, the woman (who no longer works here) had 'forgotten' about us. She had not inspected the unit nor had any of our paperwork prepared. When she did our walk-through she said 'oh my god, it's so ugly. It's like my first apartment in the ghetto.' When she spoke to the maintenance man he said there was no work to be completed but once we were actually in the apartment the stove did not work. It took a month to get a replacement stove. Maintenance around the actual property is horrible. The dumpsters regularly have maggots crawling around the overflowing garbage right next to our car. We live on the second floor and mentioned to them that the wood planks at the top of the stairs were raised, warped, and a huge hazard and they claimed they would send a worker to make the repairs but a year later these planks are still in the same condition. I also mentioned the fencing being unsecured on our balcony yet no repairs were ever made. The only time a repairman has been out besides for my stove was when they mistakenly came to our unit for a report of mold. I still let him inspect my bathroom because I am not going to place my 2 kids at risk but he said there was no mold. 2 weeks ago, I was hearing a scratching noise from behind my wall near my washer/dryer and sent my husband to make a report. They claimed they would have pest control out this week. NO ONE SHOWED UP. Never received a follow-up, courtesy notice, nothing. A tree fell in the dog pen during a storm 4-6 weeks ago, and it has yet to be picked up. It has now become an additional activity unit for the children who now play all over it.
I wish I could post a zero for this apartment community. A very close friend of mine has had the worst experience. Upon, move-in her apartment was FILTHY. The management has refused to address any of her concerns since such as loud neighbors, overpriced utilities (for one person her water bill is almost $100!!), crime and drug deals around her unit, and generally unkempt grounds. Do NOT move into this community. There are better opportunities in Pflugerville and Austin for similar prices. They pay tenants to write good reviews... so you cannot trust the good reviews. Please don't make the same mistake!

First--do not sign a lease without considering the COST OF PARKING--you will not be able to find the "first come first serve" parking and the office just confirmed that residents that do not *pay extra* for covered parking or garages can "park on the street" because there is simply *no parking* included in the lease! Second--I completely agree with the review on the guest bathtub--the tub in the master suite is fine but the other tub--I asked to have it refinished multiple times but the paint just peels on the first use so you really have ONLY ONE BATHROOM in 2 bedrooms (although you're paying for two). I also agree that the dumpsters are always overflowing because there aren't enough provided. The pool is also almost always closed because of nonresidents bringing glass into the pool so it's closed for maintenance at least 50% of the time. It is not worth the cost-- especially with having to *pay additionally for parking and getting one bathroom for the price of two*. The staff is nice--but it won't make up for the realities of how it's managed.
I have lived on property for last three years. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and willing to help. Love the space in the apartment and that there is no carpet in apartments, great for pets and kids.
I've lived here for 3 years and have been very comfortable here. I love my studio apartment. Its spacious, has high ceilings, a 1 car garage and lots of storage. It is an end unit and (so far) it has been very quiet. Though I don't have a pet they don't have breed restrictions which I know is an issue for some people. Very convenient to grocery store, theater, and restraunts and IH 35.
I enjoy living here. They don't have a pet breed restriction which is unheard of but since they've changed over to Roscoe Properties managers the pet FEE (not deposit) is rather steep, $400 to be exact plus $20 per month pet rent. The pool is a nice two tiered pool. The downfall to it is that a lot of random kids are there, that don't live here, and are without their parents. The parking isn't too bad. There are two dog parks on the property. Shopping centers are less than 10 mins north and downtown Austin is, depending on traffic, about 15-20 mins south. I have a spacious third floor apt. I happened to catch a move in deal and got a 950sqft apartment for rather cheap. Big tub, nice shower, nice wood floors, small kitchen, and a decent view from my balcony.
I love my apartment. I'm glad I have my own things. I have the little girls and a baby on the way. I would love to buy them new things for there room but we are enjoying our time together.
I live in a wonderful apartment. Even though ownership has changed several times over the past 7 years, I still enjoy where I live and have recently signed another lease. The apartments are pet friendly and the majority of the residences have pets. One of the owners had a dog park built so that dogs would have a great place to play. The current owners have put in solar panels to help pay for the electricity in the outdoor areas and are planning on providing solar panels to all of the apartments over the next three years. We are becoming a green apartment complex. The first in Pflugerville. The apartment complex provides a fitness area, a large pool with lounge chairs, an area to grill on, and a community building that you can hold family events in. In Pflugerville, we have many city parks, trails to walk, and a Lake to have fun in. We are close to Austin Texas, live music capital of the world. I feel that I live in one of the best apartment complexes in central Texas.
I have lived here for three years and aside from a few bad neighbors I have loved this property. There are not a lot of kids around but the property is relly dog friendly. One of the few places that allow pit bulls. If you have a pit and he is friendly, this is the place to be. Management has had some ups and downs but the did some house keeping anf the ones that we have now are pretty good.
