First I’m happy to say I moved. Warning this place has a bad mold problem, maintenance do not come fix anything, front office do not care about the tenants. Also you’re paying a community fee for a gate that is always broken and trash always on the ground.

Units are very nice and spacious. Can't wait to make this my new home! And they are PET FRIENDLY!
I was shocked by the renovations done to these apartments and how much nicer they look. The prices are very reasonable for the amenities provided and also the upgrades.
I had the opportunity to get information from the apartment with Wanda and it was excellent.
Warning: Terrible. Just terrible. They state that it is now ran under new management from Kendall Court but I surely can't tell. The staff is fluent in lying before a tenant can even MOVE IN! Move in dates were switched too many times. They lied and said the unit that was first offered as a "classic" is now newly renovated and that it would cost more. Keep in mind this was the day before initial move in date. Then the staff tried to blame it all on a girl who ended up quitting. Copy of proof showed the signature of the person that was and still is currently employed there *Make copies of everything*. To add to that, all they could offer was an apartment towards the dark back that looked like it was MADE to be broken into with its dented, caved in door. Please try again. That's VERY bad business to drag a interested tenant through so much chaos...But, then again, I'm glad it happened prior to moving in versus afterwards. I couldn't imagine being stuck in this NIGHTMARE. I found the staff to be unorganized, dishonest and plain messy. There we're missing documents and dates everywhere! They didn't even know where to start. Ridiculous. I want to Thank God for allowing me to dodge this bullet. *Advice for the management and staff. Low-income housing doesn't have to equal low quality service. Zero stars!!!!
From extremely poor management and unhelpful, incompetent employees running the "neighborhood," and nothing ever being attended to properly, I highly recommend that people only move here out of PURE necessity. Maintenance requests, if EVER attended to, aren't handled in a timely manner and the place is filthy. I can't count on all ten fingers the lies that have been told to me since moving here and upon speaking with several other people living in this complex, there is nothing new to my story; it's just many people don't take the time to share their frustrations due to the fact that nothing will be done if you do. If you want to be ignored, treated disrespectfully, and live in a "neighborhood" offering loud, blasting music from the parking lot, loud gatherings of many people (loitering,) people roaming through the complex who don't even live here, on and off police presence and of course never when they need to be, this is the place for you. I strongly recommend finding a place to live where you will be respected, communicated with about important issues that have an effect on daily life, and treated like a member of a COMMUNITY. None of these things are present at Kendall Court and while they talk a good game, they've never walked the walk.
They are not quick when it comes to maitenence. The trash always overflows
Kendall Court apartments are nice. The only thing I dislike is that after a year they got new management and rent increased. I also dislike that they painted our hallways dark blue. It makes the hallways very dark and you can barely see who's coming. Definitely very dangerous at night. With the hallways so dark it will raise crime.
