Property Ratings at The Place at Greenway
Living at Greenway has been a nightmare. Constant gnat infestations, hot water outages every few months, unreliable trash pickup, and management that is not only rude but also uneducated and completely unprofessional. Maintenance issues are never resolved properly, and the overall experience is nothing short of frustrating. Avoid this place at all costs!
The apartment where you can feel home thanks to care management office , specifically Shana. She is very organized and has a professional team. The place is really peaceful and warm. They have a pool, gym , yoga room, gated comfortable parking, assess to good schools for kids of any ages and close to parks, shopping centers ( Galleria) and grocery stores. I would recommend this place definitely for everyone.
I couldn’t believe these apartments when i saw them. They were perfect for what I was looking for. They had all the services and amenities I wanted in a property for me and my girlfriend. We love the staff and they are so welcoming. They showed us around the whole property and the apartments and treated us kindly. These apartments are also in a great neighborhood that allows for great versatility of community. If anyone is looking for a perfect apartment for themselves or their family, I definitely recommend The Place at Greenway.
Just move in and let me tell you, I had the best experience from the moment i walked in. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I felt right at home. If you are looking for a new home start looking here, you will not be disappointed!
I was so stressed about moving during the holiday and the staff took all my stress away and made my moving process quick and easy! I love it here!
Decisions performed unilaterally No pet bags since 5 months are being provided All covered parking is being charged, this not used to be like that. tons of neighbors are being moving out, that is something you can't hide with "good comments" Do you wonder why they have all apartments available? Don't come here.

The apartments are clean. I live here 5 years now I love my home. I don’t have time to go to office because I have busy life but when I go to office the people is very nice. I feel safe and work order is finish kindly in same day. Location is very good. Parking rule is good for safety, now we know who park here no bad strangers people. all the people’s complaining parking parking those people very sad.
The apartments are okay but the new management is horrible. From nowhere, in the middle of a pandemic, they decided to start charging for parking. They did not informed us properly, just start sending threatening emails saying anyone who parked there would be towed. It generated a lot of confusion. Now you have a lot of opening spaces and everybody fighting for the few spaces you can actually park. We also had a rat inside our apartment and they denied to pay overtime to help us deal with it at the time, so we had to sleep with the rat inside our apartment until the next day.
Its not a good sign when ownership turns over twice in a short span. Case in point, management has completely destroyed the parking situation here. The "covered" spots, which are cramped, narrow parking spaces between horrible support poles and underneath second floor apartments now cost $55 dollars a month. You're not paying for special parking. You're paying for the privilege of parking at spots right in front of your door that used to be included in your rent. If you don't like it, you can park in a handful of "uncovered" spots that used to be guest parking, or you can park on a packed street that is prone to flooding. Its a bait and switch money grab.
Management is terrible and unprofessional. Fees keep adding up out of nowhere and no to minimal improvements are ever made. Everything is also of very poor quality within the unit.
New management finds new ways all the time to raise the cost of living. They don't allow you to mail rent check; you have to use their web portal, and they charge $35 just to pay rent. Then, they started charging $55 for parking. They give no notice and do not communicate clearly with tenants. If you come here, expect to pay more than they say you will pay.
The office is unresponsive, their pool is never open, they changed their parking policy so residents now have to pay for parking on top of rent or park on the street (they did this during a freaking pandemic). Do not move here.
They've asked us to provide reviews so I'll try to provide some examples of my experience thus far: Pros: Good location - very convenient for getting on the highway, lots of places to eat and shop at nearby, and right behind costco Some amenities - pool, gym valet trash Cons: sub-compact washers (which they obviously do not make a point to make you aware of) dirty hallways valet trash isn't optional, thus fee isn't optional Experience with management: I'll grant that they came into a poorly working apartment community so they tried to get on top of a number of things right away (getting people to adhere to the actual trash schedule instead of just leaving trash out whenever). But my major issue comes into play with how they've handled a concern around the mail. I've reported multiple times that the mailbox front keeps coming off, giving anyone access to your mail. Due to this I had 2 cards stolen out of my mailbox and got to deal with getting the charges reversed and money reimbursed - I also informed them of this. They initially changed the front of my individual box. That didn't work as the entire front comes off. After both my roommate and I had stopped by the office to explain that didn't solve the problem I sent an email stating that and asking them to address it. They apparently didn't like my tone because I've gotten no response save to say it's been sent to a "manager"..Additionally, since then I do not get any notification when a package arrives at the front office. Previously they sent an email out when you got a package...3 times now in the last few weeks I've had packages delivered and if it weren't for the person who sent it letting me know I'd have no idea I had anything waiting. So no, I would not recommend this location. What you pay for is not worth what you get.

The apartments are ok even with the new management company. The office hours are very inconvenient so you work you may not get your packages until the weekend. However they do respond to service request in a timely manner and attempt to actually fix problems. The apartments are old not best kept with low water pressure, lack of hot water and ongoing on/off pest problem. It’s safe, quiet and will get the job done as for easy access to the freeway and shopping.
